I use thin plain bleach to sanitise it's cheaper than the brew sanitizers , you just have to rinse well with water.

When you clean your bottles with the brush and cleaning solution, do you need to rinse the bottles with water BEFORE using the spring plunger filled with the no rinse sanitiser?

Hi, you can do this all with a no rinse sanitiser to make things quicker all round

Can you use VWP with the plungers as VWP instructions say 'Make sure the solution reaches every part of the vessel to be cleaned, either by agitation or complete immersion. 5-10 minutes contact is sufficient for normal use'.

i have never used vwp in the rinsers , i always tend to go for a non rinse cleaning product, you could in theory use vwp then refill rinser and use clean water to rinse

If I buy new bottles have I to clean them too? Or is this just for reusing old ones.

We would recommend that all bottles are cleaned even the new ones just to make sure the bottle conditions are perfect for your beer
