- This is a Motormouth couple car review of the all-new 2025 Porsche Cayenne GTS performance, luxury SUV. We are having some fun in Atlanta driving the NEW Porsche Cayenne GTS! 2025 Porsche Cayenne GTS is powered by a 4L twin-turbo V8 with an 8-speed Tiptronic S transmission, 493 horsepower and 486 lb-ft of torque. Premium fuel is required.
This 2025 Porsche Cayenne GTS V8 has gone through extensive updates that has resulted in efficiency gains and an increase in performance, an extra 40 horsepower and 29 lb-ft of torque compared to the previous model. The revised 8-speed transmission improves the driving performance through shorter shift times in sport and sport plus modes.
The 2025 Porsche Cayenne GTS accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 4.4 seconds and 0-60 in 4.2 seconds.
The 2025 model has a GTS specific chassis, a 10 mm lower ride height, adaptive air suspension, Porsche active suspension management and Porsche torque vectoring plus.
All 2025 Porsche Cayenne GTS models have black GTS lettering on the side and rear of the vehicle, a unique front with bigger cooling air intakes, dark tinted headlamps and taillamps, red brake calipers and dark exterior accents. The sports exhaust system tailpipes are now finished in dark bronze, the previous model came in black and you get 21” RS Spyder design wheels in grey.
The interior of the 2025 Porsche Cayenne GTS is clean and simplistic with integrated screens, a 12.6” digital driver display, a 12.3” touchscreen with wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto and an available 10.9” passenger screen. The standard Race-tex and leather upholstery, heated GT sports steering wheel and GTS badging ups the sportiness of the cabin. Of course, there are plenty of add-ons including leather upholstery in a variety of colours and trim accents to design your GTS exactly the way you want it.
The 2025 Porsche Cayenne GTS starts at $134,800 CAD/$124,900 USD and the Coupé $139,800 CAD//$129,500 USD

Nobody NEEDS this SUV. But I WANT this SUV.
💯%
You two are near the top of my list when it comes to auto reviews. It speaks volumes about the quality of the Porsche Cayenne that you've owned three over the years. That's quite an endorsement!
I can see Andrea driving new 2025 Porsche Cayenne. She's loving this, Zack!! time to upgrade? 🙂
Well, the GTS is half the price of a 911 Turbo S and can carry two more people. There! I’ve justified buying one! 😂
Hahaha- You were both very enthusiastic today! Gee, I wonder why???
For 125K it should make you dinner and babysit your kids too! Amazing car.
It’s actually very cheap. The same car the Audi sq8 is 160k
Very impressive Porsche. Not everyone can afford this cayenne and its maintenance schedule and that’s the point
You didn't need words on this review. The smiles said it all.
Did Andrea like the new Cayenne? Heck ya! Just look at her beaming face throughout this video. If I was able to afford a Porsche I would go with one of their suv's. Although the 911 Targa is my favourite, I doubt that I would be able to get into it on a daily basis due to back issues.
Just my opinion perhaps, but I really feel like this is a step backwards for Porsche. While I'm sure it drives incredibly, I just can't get over that cheap looking dash setup. I couldn't cough up all that money for something that looks like it's from an economy car. When mainstream cars use black plastic, you can understand. When luxury brands do it? No thanks.
I had the previous gen cayenne gts. Great vehicle, scary price tag.
Great video, The bug on the door at 5:10 was funny but the car looks good.
literally came here for this
Porsche Engineering. Precision. Quality. 💯
This car looks amazing. I'm really happy you guys help people with these reviews. I have learned so much since I have found your channel
Amazing video Andrea and Zack!
Loved the intro
Porsche's a'la carte configurator is notorious for quickly stacking up the price.
Love love LOVE the screens integrated into the dash, but the piano black is a bit of a disappointment.
One thing that has always bugged me: Porsche does not offer OEM trailer brake control, which is an absolute must-have for towing.
Another fine review.
Andrea nearly swallowed her ears. Must be fun to drive !
🤣
Loved the bug at 5:05
It was have'n some fun!
I have had 2 Cayenne S models and currently drive a 24 X5 M60i. I have had 12 X5's and will say the Cayenne is better, but BMW service is better for me at least. I will be going back to Cayenne next time and it will be the GTS, but wow have they raised the price.
Front facia squared now
Looks better than before roundy shape
Hi, I currently have a 2021 Cayenne S and I am considering getting a 2021 or 2022 GTS or a Turbo. I wanted to get you alls opinion on which would be the recommended purchase between the 2022 RANGE ROVER SPORT or one of the cayennes I mentioned?
I love Porsche V8, it’s awesome
Ooohhh! I love this vehicle and I want to buy one. Cool vehicle! Too bad nothing standard. Oh well, you had fun driving it. Great video Andrea! 👍🏻👍🏻☕️☕️
What year Cayenne Diesel do you guys have, asking for a friend... lol @motormouth
Need a cyan wrap to be a Cyan Cayenne.
All that piano black, that's why I'm not getting one. 😂 Honestly though, the interior looks cheap. I'm not sure if it's the piano black or the silly iPads they've stuck in the dash.
Amazing how it turns to Red throughout the video
Sports mode engaged (for an upcharge!) 😄
We drove two models the Cayenne in Chalk and the Coupe in Carmine Red. The Carmine Red Coupe had red interior accents.
I'm getting my son one of these in a few months. Very nice ride.
Me too! He's a good boy.
Hi Andrea and Zack nice Porsche but I like more your 2024 Golf GTI love it good video ( Ty RON
How much for that option that makes the car red from the inside and grey from the outside 😊
Hi guys great car, great review but very expensive! I can see a lot of Cayenne buyers looking for super car performance moving over to the new cheaper Macan Turbo EV which has more space now and still have money left over to spend on extras! best Clive
so good love both of you ❤
One problem with Cayenne is depreciation. 3 years, 50% down
This is the type of car a well to do business owner leases and writes it off.
The most handsome and refined part of this vehicle is the logo😂
Andrea ! 💪 🙂
🎉 Happy Holiday 🇺🇲🇨🇦🎉A & Z and Your Entire Family 🎇🎇🎉
I think the S is the sweet spot but nothing wrong with the GTS.
I want one some day.
Your in my backyard guys !
nice car, but too expensive now
new vespa car will be amazing
What color of car you driving I've seen a blue/grey, black or dark blue and red. Love show.
We drove the Cayenne in Chalk and the Coupe in Carmine Red for this review.
That's right, "bumpy Winnipeg roads". In Winnipeg, many of our pot holes are as large as craters.
From meteors?
In this day and age, is it responsible to drive a V8?
I wish I could meet you guys when you come to Newfoundland
Which one has a better v8 sound? Cayenne S or GTS? Gen 2 cayenne S def better than gen 1 gts.
A Corvette Challenger but how much?
What color are u driving?
It's called Chalk
A Bose Sound System in a 100.000+ dollar vehicle that's plain ridicurous
You can get Burmeiseter but gotta pay for it
5:20 minutes there’s a hitch hiker on the window trim 😅
C'mon Zach, break down and surprise Andrea with one. It's only money.
Most of us can dream about owning any Cayenne trim much like that fly at 5.00 on the door panel 😀
How come my speedometer is going to wrong direction...... oh wait that's the gas gauge. And 135k starting. LOL.
Andrea and Zack, will you be upgrading your current Cayenne to this? 😀
She said No. You don't believe it?
Let’s see, about 8% more power, about 8% less torque, than my Volvo (and we’ve all learned how important torque is) . . . But about US$92,000 less and 4X the mpg. And there’s this, Car and Driver says 5,100 lbs!, 600 more than my Volvo carting around a 41 mile battery!
Could I get one on a 20 year loan ??
And Porsche feeds generated engine sound into the cabin just like BMW but no one complains. Interesting.
I've complained but the Porsche dealership pleads ignorance and won't attempt to deactivate the "Soundaktor" which is the exact same system used in some VW's. At least the Soundaktor is emitting real amplified mechanical noise and not recordings composed by Hans Zimmer through interior speakers like in BMW's. I'd be really unhappy if the Soundakor was active in Normal mode but it only functions in Sport and Sport Plus modes as far as I can tell. My "problem" with the Cayenne GTS is that sound insulation found in other Cayenne trims has been reduced to allow more mechanical and exhaust noise into the cabin - might be fun if I was 16 years old.
@@H2SO4H20 the Zimmer sound effect is only in their EV side of the house. Their M side of the house produces the same piped in sound effects as Porsche.
@@teriok6783 Yeah, I was jerking your chain with the Hans Zimmer comment but it's good to see that you are knowledgeable. (BTW, Zimmer is one of my favorite film score composers.) The mechanical noise is augmented but not really "piped in" by the Soundaktor which is in the engine compartment with what I call the "noise transfer component" attached to the firewall. I had hoped that the Porsche dealership would offer to shut it off with its PIWIS software since it can be shut off on a VW with similar diagnostic / customization software but that was a no go. It doesn't bother me enough to pursue the matter. R U a BMW owner? I had planned to by an X7 instead of a Cayenne but couldn't wake the BMW salesman from his afternoon nap.
@@H2SO4H20 I had a X7 and now have a 2024 Range Rover Autobiography PHEV. I am seriously considering a XB7 which is the same price as the Cayenne GTS. The X7 was the best vehicle that I’ve had in recent history and I really miss it.
The V8 GTS came back 5 years before this!?
I own 22 Macan GTS love love this SUV, but time to upgrade size, power and look.
Going to order Carrera white with black interior and all black out features. Just finished built on porsche website about $145K, pretty loaded, but w/o crazy options. Hopefully will get before Xmass…..
Are you selling your Macan lol 😆
Love the GTS!
They are hard to find now!
@@Rissybear trading in, own for 25 months, with 26K miles, super nice car, but being 6 3” and having lousy back need an easier in/ out suv and cayenne fits just perfect
@@olegshulman7764 awesome!
I have actually never tried a Cayenne, but they look pretty nice. I prefer the size of the Macan. I don’t trust myself parking something the size of a Cayenne lol 😆
@@Rissybear that why they have 360 cameras and sensors, i used to park huge cadillacs and buick park avenues in late 80 on a streets of brooklyn w/o any of current monitors……
I need that gesture control because I got cut off in traffic and found myself making an ob-, er, less than friendly, gesture at my fellow driver and something to control that would be just great. Those Germans are so stoic they likely don't need it at all.
3:06 a mass of "rich people" you forgot that part.
Andrea, tennis date after the review.
nice,but i bought the 2022 gts
😂 most comments in this section either can't afford one or dreamed about one 😂
I have a Macan, but I would LOVE one of these - in PTS Nordic Gold - like yours.
Two things: what is with expensive cars having only one wireless charger? They should all have FOUR. Two in the front and two in the rear. At the very least. Road trip, put down your phone and leave it charge. Secondly, because of that black wide mouth of the front face darker colours and colours that go better with black (such as red) suit the design much more than white and light colours, IMO.
Why, oh why do seemingly all manufacturers insist on sticking piano black surfaces in their high end vehicles? Just about every reviewer and anyone I know thinks it is a terrible idea!! It constantly shows dust and finger prints and is guaranteed to scratch very easily. Every car should come with a free roll of Mactac of your choice.
My Cayenne is just under two years old and there's not a single scratch on any of the piano black plastic. I clean it and the screens every month or three with a microfiber cloth and screen cleaner spray which takes only a minute or two. I've wondered what people are doing to get these parts scratched up ... allowing dogs to run through the interior?
@@H2SO4H20 Interesting, thanks.
Nerds! ❤
There are therapists who can help with “piano black” specularophobia.
I get it. Life's too short to drive boring cars but, come-on people! $130k plus for a depreciating status symbol!
Given my rapidly depreciating biological age, I do not care about the price
Why do we need promote vehicles like this. Why?
Crazy prices..never Toyota rav4 for us regular 😊 humans
The cost of ownership is outrageous : 1) Up front cost 2) basic service like paying $1,000 for a oil change 3) Failure of all those complex systems so that after 10+/- years the SUV is worth almost nothing !
Seriously - $1,000 for an oil change???
Fuel economy can’t be great.
You are biased. Great that you have 3. Lucky you
I feel better about my '22 GTS purchase last year. The new interior is an abomination. Weird shifter placement, oddly cutout dashboard, all electronic gauges, gloss black body trim standard, wtf?, integrated screens are overkill. There's literally nothing I feel I'm missing. The power increase is a mute point because you can do an ECU flash and get 200hp for $1k if you want it. Porsche wasted their time in this model.
Maybe just say 'Put it to subscribe' than 'Put it in S'
It is unfair to compare this to the boring Mercedes AMG. The Porsche Cayenne is basically in a different league!
Hard pass. A RAV4 also has 4 wheels, an steering wheel and seat 5 while being sooo much cheaper at MSRP, insurance and runs on less gas. It will aslo be less targeted by thieves in the GTA and Vancouver.
Two different types of vehicles, brother your RAV4 obviously doesn’t have premium features like this Cayenne….
@@ClonewarswarsClone LOL I know, it is part of the Schitt post comment.
What a mindless stupid comment- I’m sure they’re glad to Hard pass you .. as well ..
Lol, that analogy. A monkey has 2 arms, two legs, one ass, one vagina, and cheaper to maintain, but you don't find them attractive, don't you
Why watch a video for a Porsche then? 🤦🏾♀️
Ah, the last days of the V8 thumper. What is Porsche's goal for full electric?
Another car for the 1 percenters.
I am going to buy it March 2025
Great use car for about $30k in 4 years
Nobody can afford.. gas guzzler.. ⛽️ ⛽️ ⛽️
It's not a problem if your household income is 600K or greater
People have to stop saying "you get used to it" to justify poor design
Love you guys, Zach, has the whitest legs I ever seen. LOL
People in Canada, thanks to the government, became poorer and poorer.
I
Family hauler? Biden family hauler, maybe!
Inside is ugly, prefer your older model
I prefer the Cayenne's older console with all the buttons. People have been bitching about piano black interior trim for over a decade now, yet these idiot manufacturers haven't figured it out. Dumb.
do you not have a proper camera or something? you had a vehicle all to yourself with a unique color and config compared to what's shown elsewhere, yet the entire video is stock photos/videos available elsewhere and footage of you driving... what a waste.
Amazing platform, as a 2024 X5 M60i owner, (which is already pushing $110,000) gives you 90% of the drive and 110% of the function. I don't see the extra value in the $40,000 upcharge for the "badge".
Likely 17 mpg combined on premium 🫣
I'm sure it's great, but not $150,000+ great. I can buy 5-10 used luxury/sport vehicles for that.
🤩 Come on, trade it in for this. 🫠
What color of car you driving I've seen a blue/grey, black or dark blue and red. Love show.
Maybe one broke down and they had to switch to another one. Too many colors for one video.
We drove the Cayenne in Chalk and the Coupe in Carmine Red for this review.
