With the explore air 2 there is a “faux leather (paper thin)” setting it works way better and cuts twice! But if you have a new blade you need to turn the pressure to “less” because it will cut your mat.
Best freaking tutorial ever. I was just thinking about how nice it would be to make some bows for my daughter and now I know I can. I have the Explore Air 2 but glad to know I can still do it. Great Video!!!

What glue is good for Metallic holographic faux leather I make some boys and hot glue and tacky glue did not work when I put the small bow on top of the big one
I don't have a circuit yet I have a pattern from another RUclipsr that makes these bows. Hopefully soon I will get a circuit because I can't a straight line to save my life lol!
Im trying to make these but my darn machine wont cut the material evenly. It only cuts half of it or rather one side deeper than the other.. ive tried mirroring it but i just dont know what im doing wrong. help! i have the explore air 2

I myself prefer the rotary blade, it just seems like it makes smoother cuts when turning corners or curves

When you cut pebbled leather, it will look like that sometimes. It is the fabric. Not the machine.

I may would try a little bit of E6000, and a clamp for that. A clothes pin would work just fine to clamp it together until the glue sets up.

I have just the alligator clips. How would I attach them?
I would put a bit of E6000 on them, and then glue them to the bow that way. That glue is pretty strong.
