I just hope in CFB 26 they either give us a slider or just make recruiting harder. Seems way to easy to take a smaller school & start bringing in top-tier talent ocne you have to right recruiting perks in 25. Once you pair them with assistant coaches perks you'll start beating out Georgia with James Madison for recruits.
@@tonyether814 a slider like the trade difficulty slider in Madden would be a nice touch. This way you can punch above your weight class if you want, or challenge yourself without needing to make up house rules to limit yourself
@JacobReid Another thing I would like to see is to make it so that when you take a job as a coordinator you can't not handle any part of filling the recruiting board or handle any task in recruiting. This will make it so that you will always be looking to get back to being a head coach. As it stands now, being a Coordinator & a Head coach are the same. This will separate them & make the Dynasty more interesting. Players in my league have won the National championship with teams when their the D Coordinator but they are terrible at defense.
Have you tried to not put any points into the recruiter tree and put it into motivator or tactician? That has made recruiting more fun and challenging for me, where it is more realistic and I can only recruit via my top pipelines. It is a game changer once you unlock program builder and get the pipeline boost.
@ what I do is offer scholarship week zero. Then send the house for gem 4 star and 5 star players. And I still don’t get instant commits, even if I’m first on the list. lol
@ I always offer the scholarship in preseason, because it is free uncompetitive points. If you offer scholarships in week 0 and on, you’re taking away from points you could be spending on recruitment. That’s 175 points in scholarships, which equals a minimum of 4 extra players you could be recruiting if you had just offered before the season started

@@tonyether814we had a rule if you’re an OC you play offense only same for defense. Unless you play user v user

Hope in the future they let you recruit future classes early like the 2027 class or aleast scout them

How many players should I actually recruit on my recruit board because I find it hard getting 35 players

I don’t recruit but 12~15 players. Filling up your board is not smart

Terrible tactic lol send offers to 30-35 players. Narrow it down to 20-25 based in interest.
