    Written Workout out: 45 seconds Work / 15 seconds Rest
    1. Lat Pull Down / Spin Bike
    Rotate
    2. Pec Deck/ Spin Bike
    Rotate
    3. Chest Press/ Spin Bike
    Rotate
    4. Leg Extension/ Spin Bike
    Rotate
    5. Bicep Curl/ Spin Bike
    Rotate
    6. Seated Row/ Spin Bike
    Rotate
    7. Tricep Extension/ Spin Bike
    Rotate
    8. Ab Crunch/ Spin Bike
    Rotate
    1 - 2 mins Rest then repeat for 2 rounds total = 32 mins
