    This video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I watched this women so much while studying for my LPN boards. Two days before I took my test Something kept telling me to watch this particular video but I kept passing it up. I took my test at 2 so I had plenty of time to rest the day of. That morning it was no one but God that said WATCH THIS DAMN VIDEO! So I watched it and took notes bc it was some stuff I forgot to look over, like the positions. I was like THANK GOD I watched it! BUT after I took the test and my computer stopped at 75 and I knew I got the last question correct bc it was from THIS video; that’s was when I knew I passed! This particular video, just like the rest, was a life saver! I used Remar for content and while on the go I listened to this woman!!!! 2 black EDUCATED women who not only knows the material but know how to explain it! Thank GOD for YOU!💐💐💐

    Professor D, I passed my NCLEX in 75 questions. I attended this live that filled up fast. From the chat I was able to see a lot of level 1 nursing students and although I appreciate their enthusiasm, I would have loved more room for graduates and last semester students. A lot of my friends taking NCLEX this month couldn’t get in. I would recommend 1st level students to watch ALL of your videos and hopefully leave reviews like this for seniors and graduates. Anyway, I must thank you again, I’ve watched you the WHOLE journey and when my pockets line up I’ll be dropping my appreciation. Stay blessed.

    Coming here from Massachusetts. I am completely blown away by your videos. I am currently in an ABSN program and graduating hopefully in May 2022. The program has taught me a lot but it's just been a lot of memorization of facts. Some people are meant for teaching, and others are not. You certainly are! I could not believe how engaged I have been in your videos, before I knew it 30 minutes or an hour and a half went by. I get more information from your videos compared to any textbook or powerpoint presentations. I cannot believe that these are free resources for students to view online before our exams. You truly have helped me more than you know and I cannot thank you enough. Your dedication and passion is what makes it worthwhile to watch- and makes it easier to remember topics. The side eye and eye rolls you give when you say "cmon guys, you know this, didn't I JUST TELL YOU..." help so much and are hilarious. Thank you for everything you do. I wish you could be a teacher up in Massachusetts, I will be telling other students about your videos and I just subscribed. Thank you again.

I need help to critically analyze the questions and think outside of the box. Please help anyone! Is there a way I can get a copy of your PowerPoint? If anyone has other tips let me know! Professor I had a question about the Radiation implant. I keep getting questions on my tests about the first thing and the best thing we should do if it comes out. I know you said to grab it w tongs and put in lead receptacle but my questions always have answer choices about checking the patient? Or removing visitors from the room? Or removing patient from room, or calling Provider, or calling radiation dept. options like that

    Do you have any tips on answering priority nursing diagnosis questions? Ex: risk for and umbrella answer choices?

      Airborne to contact precautions 27:31

    • @vansap26
      @vansap26 2 года назад +1

      Think of MRS. WEE for contact precautions
      M - MRSA
      R - Respiratory infections
      S- Skin Imfections
      W - Wound infections
      E- Enteric infections (Ex: C diff, GI tract)
      E- Eye infections (Ex: Conjuctivitis)
      Hep- A

    • @vansap26
      @vansap26 2 года назад +2

      Droplet precautions 30:23 think SPIDER-MAN
      S- Sepsis, scarlet fever, streptococcus pharyngitis
      P- Parovirus, pneumonia, pertussis
      I- Influenza A or B
      D- Diphtheria
      E- Epiglottis
      R- Rubella, RSV
      M- Mumps, meningitis (Classic symptoms: fever, headache, photosensitivity, nuchal rigidity) and mycoplasma
      AN- Adenovirus

    • @vansap26
      @vansap26 2 года назад +1

      If patient shows the classic symptoms of meningitis, put patient on isolation precautions, get cultures, and give them antibiotics right away.

    I thought RSV is Contact precaution

    • @ematv1967
      @ematv1967 2 года назад +1

      RSV is droplet precaution however the kids are placed on contact precaution because evidence research has shown that kids like to touch everything so they place them on contact to prevent spread of the disease
