I found there are differences on the scope of practice between LPN and RN in States and Canada. For example, LPNs(RPNs) are allowed to flush or change dressing of PICC line(central line) in Canada, and PSWs(personal support workers ) are only allowed to do ADLs compared to U.S.

But was already confident about it because we've practiced this in lab, had test out on it. Did it in clinicals and preceptorship at the hospital. So, I was sure as an LPN we could.

Well I've taken the exam for the second time now I didn't successd ,I wonder how does who sucesseded did it.
