After 2 Hours Add 1 Cup Potato Starch

Cooking for about 3-5 minutes
*Fish Sauce:
1 Can Côc Rico
2 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Fish Sauce

I have been doing some reading on sauces and I watch that RUclips channel on food history. It turns out the basis of most sauces is fermented fish. So fish sauce is more common than we realize. Worcestershire sauce is built off of fish sauce.

I use fish sauce in most of my dishes...western, Italian, Greek, Indian, even French cuisine. It’s all about the amount you put in for it to be umami.
