@UltimateArms I have it in .308, it uses acis mags without any issues. 3/4" with factory loads, and better with hand loads averaging about .5 at 100 yds. And in .223 ive had 2 mags that didn't feed consistently, but Ive gotten bug holes to .5 at 100 yds One that works well. Ive heard that those small box mags are finicky. I would imagine that the single feed rifles work fine.

What is a “budget” rifle? If a person was to save up money overtime, and to purchase components to build a custom rifle, as they could afford each component, would that also be a budget rifle? I saved money and purchased components once I reached enough in my savings to buy each component. At the end of approximately 19 months, I had gathered up everything I needed to have a builder assemble my rifle.
    1. Proof Research Barrel, 24” carbon fiber
    2. Impact Precision 737r action
    3. KRG Bravo, Gen. 2 Chassis/Stock
    4. Triggertech 700 Special, Trigger
    5. Area419 Hellfire Match, Muzzle brake
    6. Atlas BT46-LW17 PSR bipod
    7. Vortex Precision Match, Scope rings
    8. Vortex Optics, HD LHT 4.5x22x50 Scope
    9. Magazine
Now I have a rifle that is shooting 1000 yards plus. If you can be patient and disciplined, you can achieve any goal.
