In their new version, if you pull apart the sides of the tub where the insert clicks in, it pops out, perhaps give that a try

I'm really sad, I bought this, it was the most expensive and thinking all I seen was the 4 in 1...thought it fit in the kitchen sink...you can't put it in the kitchen sink-so going back to the 90s...we put the thing in the bath and break our backs leaning over...damn it
Why not fill the tub then just put it on your kitchen counter/table?

Put tape over it or something man is people to lazy to just dump the water .if they are getting cut thats,an easy fix .ya know there's money hungry patents out there as well I'm sure.
How can i attach the legs? They keep falling off, even if its in a sturdy surface😮

does the drain get blocked with the toddler insert?
How does the green plastic part of the seat get removed? Ours seemed stuck. It would have been nice to have more of a hands-on tutorial on the product showing the options (when to switch out of netting to the next level of the tub for older kids) and each stage set-up of the tub instead of just doing a voiceover repeating "it grows with your baby". After the netting, what is the next stage for your baby? Green seat? No seat/white tub? When (what age/size) do you switch between them?
Called Fisher Price. They told me to pull out the side of the white tub and the green insert should pop out.
