    What I totally agree is:
    - You can change to boots earlier if you just simply love the feeling of riding boots
    - Change to boots later if you want to progress more. If you check videos, you can see pros landing kiteloop 7s (kiteloop + 2 handlepass) in straps. So don't rush with the change.

      Have to disagree on that one.. It was an issue in the past if you would use heavy wakeboard with wakeboard boots, but honestly nowadays if you use light kiteboard and light kite boots (like H3), board is almost the same weight and it's even easier to edge hard and go more upwind.
