I don't want to die but I don't want to live either I am just exhausted

the life is hard but, trust me, it’s well worth it. If necessary take a breath, do stuff you like with people you like, maybe it turns the life less exhausted

Me too man, so lonely and tired. I just want the pain to be over...

Don't fight the exhaustion. Plan your life so that you can sleep more and don't kick yourself or be depressed that you sleep loads. Stay as fit as you can and work out when you are feeling fresh, be selfish and plan your life your way, in the way you know you can cope. Eat good food and don't drink too much. Love those around you and care for little things.

Need to hug each other more, remind people how much we love them and cease the merciless competition between each other.

Poor lady... you could really hear the pain in her voice and see it in her face when she said it was her mother that committed suicide. I’ve had the shadow of suicidal ideology for years over me; it is truly a terrible burden to live with. It seems once you open that door, you can never ever close it again.. 😥

I don't have a mental illness.....it just seems better to not be here? You look at the world and think this world is too cold, love is not temporary...this world hasn't comprehended this, this just isn't a place I'd want to be.

THANK YOU for posting TEDx! We ALL CAN save a life! As a four-time familial suicide survivor (husband at 19, mother at 48, 2nd husband 28, & cousin age 21. Father died at 54, in my arms, due to alcoholism), I understand the great pain and stigma associated with the loss of a loved one by suicide. I didn't just "Survive," I found a way to "Thrive."' Need a friend? -@ Teardrops That Tango.

Friendz; You are strong. You are beautiful. When it feels like the rest of the world is unreachable, help is out there. When the rest of the world feels like too much to handle, there is always someone or something that can help you take control of your thoughts, your actions, and your mental health. What you need to remember in times like these, is that you are never alone.

How do you want to help people who feel helpless? I go day by day, I smile, I work etc… but I do not do it for me, I do it for ppl I love. It’s exhausting and I am prepared to end my life when it comes to it. I dont enjoy life even tough I have everything I could want, my mind is numb and I endure it just for my loved ones but when there is no need for me to be here I’m gone!!!

Because they are consumed by their own psychosocial pain x believe me it's about the person wanting to accept their situation and wanting to make change which is difficult that can help with the battle of suicide x I know I work with it on a daily basis and even have personal experience x

My brother hung himself. It distroyed my family. It's the most selfish thing a person can do. All they thought was about themselves. Don't do it. Call me before you do that. I will give you my number. Think not? Don't do that to your family. Do you want to be remembered that way? Don't.

People tend to respond with a “don’t talk nonsense” when you start talking about suicide. It only makes you feel more alone and disconnected to the world and the people you though you could lean on.

A rough estimate of 800,000 people per year makes the choice to end their lives. This is one person every 40 seconds who is successful to kill their body. And there are 20 times more people who attempt suicide. The effect is very devastating as for every 1 person who committed suicide means at least 50 people, close family members, relatives and friends who are deeply affected by this.
Suicide will never improve anything. The hope of trying to end it all and wanting to cease to exist is not going to work. We will always exist.
Consider a support group for families affected by suicide. Sharing your story with others who are experiencing the same type of grief might help you find a sense of purpose or strength.

Let's review this in proper context. Everyone eventually dies. People who live life poorly, smoking, drinking , eating obesity are not condemned when they deteriorate and die. We now permit post birth abortions and have murdered 70 million babies since 1973. There exists living wills. Suicide is viewed as a crisis that needs "preventing" in lives that are devastated. So where's the compassion? Keeping one alive to continue to fight a losing war in life is selfish and cold hearted. Time to wake up.
