The Minnesota Zoo had a monorail that I loved so much. I remember riding it every chance I got when I was younger, but it shutdown sometime in the late 2010s. As of last year they renovated the old rail system to become the largest elevated skyway walking path around the zoo. I never knew why it had to shut down, so that trivia is really cool to hear
Look at you, right on that 15min mark for this one! Absolutely (one of) the cutest animals in the game, I love their vocalizations and the leaping animation. Fantastic work with the lore of the monorail as well-sucks to see it go, but glad you're keeping the station and a piece of track as a piece of history. Plays into the educational aspect you're trying to focus more on, too!

I think you should some history on other parts of the zoo like how you did with the monorail. Such as when a certain area was built, what animals it had over it’s lifespan and maybe some other areas that have since closed or been replaced with something else
Ah finally the monorail. Amazing work as always. A little disappointed we won't see more of it. I wonder if you could make the monorail completely underground to help with guest distribution and park accessibility without it being an eyesore. Switching from a gondola to a train would help make it look like the metro.
The monorail 'scandal' highlights the problem with the transport track building in the game. The cost is so prohibitive, especially in franchise mode, that you have to build the track super late in a well established zoo, by which point the zoo is well established and the track becomes a nightmare to implement. Any sequel game needs to take a look at the rides and make them easier to integrate into the zoo without them becoming eyesores and a drain on money.

Can’t wait to see this area completed, the frozen north is becoming one of my favourite areas for sure! Just wondering if the moose habitat will be extended? I feel like it could be a lot bigger but I guess it will be hard to blend it in with the treetop cafe behind it if you did extend it that way, but I think it would look nice if you extended it width ways so you can walk beside them going to different areas instead of trying to find them amongst the shrub and what not

Hate to tell you but the dark fox isnt the summer coat, its a legit morph (either dark or tundra) Arctic foxes summer coat is grey with a lighter underside and neck (the gray can range from straight grey to brownish-grey to greyish-brown) 😔 It would be nice if we could get seasonal coat variations, lions and hyenas get so fluffy in snow

I was just wondering if you could maybe swap the barriers to make them glass and perhaps add the barriers you made on top of the habitat since Arctic Foxes are very good jumpers, or maybe keep the barrier and add a small mesh on top so it does not affect the visuals of the habitat. Polar Bears next week!!!???!!
After you finish this zoo is there gonna be another zoo or planet wild or… are u gonna play planet coaster 2 but if u do still play planet zoo can u make a drive through safari park or maybe make a planet wild about england

Ive extended it as much as i can towards the treetop cafe since I built it, they’ve got a good few hindered more meters now

Genuine question, how, with so many pieces across your zoo, does it not lag? Ive got a really good pc and it still lags it
It does. When I film the cinematics I load it in sandbox and chuck out most of the guests and animals to get it smooth
