A few new listings are at 20-30% over comps/2022 price for same house. These aren't flips. I will keep an eye on them .

Logan, can you please clarify whether you believe the immigrant have an effect on housing and rental prices. We all know the FED doesn't look at home prices, but rental prices are definitely on their radar. So, when considering whether the immigrants are affecting rental prices and inflation numbers, what is the affect of introducing millions of people when inventory is low. I think we all know who was correct during the vice pres debate.
