I also share quick and healthy meal ideas from my grocery shopping. I usually budget my grocery list and it's enough for me to meal prep multiple meals. I live in australia and shop at Woolworths supermarket, my average weekly grocery spend is $160AUD, then cook with me to make my breakfast egg muffin recipe.

Hey Emma, it's so good to see your video! Thank you for bringing back one of my fav videos among all your content!(The others are One Day in life and Kmart Haul and also room makeover, basically I just love them all lol). My fam now swaps to Aldi, cuz these two corporates totally lost their minds. But only one thing, Aldi rarely sells veggie in small amounts, they usually come in whole bags. But you can still go woolies to get a single carrot or onion. Keep up the good work! Cheers!🥰
Hi Emma loved this video really yes woollies is over doing it with there prices l tend to go to Coles an Aldi as they have more specials then Woollies ,Coles does as Aldi is good for the essentials an other things too they have step up with there stuff,love those egg cups you made,very versatile you could have them for lunch with salad too,lm making some tomorrow too,Yes it's raining 🌧 here too summer slowly saying goodbye, Have a great week Emma take care,❤❤
I agree with you, Woolworths is insane right now with their prices. I’ve switched to Aldi and it’s really good! The meat, dairy and frozen food is great. I’m not the biggest fan of their fresh food so I go to an independent fruit and veg shop for that. I’ve saved so much money just by switching supermarkets.

I love shopping at aldi first getting as much as i can and then to coles and woolies depending on the specials available. I save heaps!
Omg I really love shopping at aldi, ever since cost of living has been so high lately, I have been shopping in aldi and yes I find it so much cheaper in there
As I don't have no issues with any of the products I buy from aldi and I can buy so much for $50 in there .
As I even buy some of their special buys stuff for example my latest buy from there is one of those ice face cube thingy that you fill up with water and freeze it then run it over my face the next day

First of all you are glowing, I make my egg bites with capsicum I fry it with the spinach bacon mushrooms and onions and feta. The oats bars are delicious I buy them all the time, and Aldi has better prices from Woolworths. Aldi coffee beans, grated cheese, cottage cheese chicken in the bag you pop it in the air fryer comes out delicious ect…….

Aldi is definitely worth visiting. You will save a lot of money.
I really like Aldi. They have delicious pre made salads that are vegan. The chickpea and tahini salad is really good 😊. I think you will find lots products you will like. Really enjoyed your video too 🙂
Bone broth on an empty stomach every morning is life changing! The white texture to that one was hard to stomach for me but I love nutra organics bone broth range! They also stock at woolies now 🥰

Aldi is hit and miss- we have Harry’s farm in Sydney and I swap between Cole’s and woollies- it’s getting so expensive now !
Harry's farm has beautiful goods but just the price....But you get what you pay for
