You should tag this with eldercare, grandparents or older relative. These are great ideas for meals you can prep to take to your elderly relative - you know sometimes they just don't feel like reheating something you have brought for them. I try to stock my parents fridge with meals to reheat and ones that they can just grab and eat. Thank you so much for these ideas!
I can relate to this comment. I'm 83 and watch cooking videos half the day to inspire me. I have food in my freezer and pantry but nothing sounds good. Today all I've eaten is a can of enchiladas for the last 24 hours. No excuse, I just can't get motivated.
This brought back one of the last conversations I had with my grandfather before he passed. He had fallen in love with Lunchables when he was going through chemo and radiation. Afterwards he still liked them. That day we had a silly argument because he wanted me to warm up his lunchable in the microwave. He wanted it warm enough to take the chill off but he still wanted his cheese cold but not chilled and kinda soft I put in the microwave for 2 seconds and when I took it to him he said it was perfect. 😂
I am blown away by every meal you make!!! It's awesome that you're showing how to make really good meals for a lot less money! I look forward to every video..
These are all great ideas. I agree that portioning out and prepping meals in advance, saves on food waste as well as portion control. Win-win all around! Nicely done!
I do craft fairs...yep prepared food is a MUST. With only 2 ppl in our booth, it's virtually impossible to leave & the cost & product it's better to bring our own. Thanks.
Great video! I know you do Dollar Tree ingredients, but it was good to see you average in other items. I’ve found that Walmart & Aldi are sometimes considerably cheaper.
This no cook video is exactly what I love bc I’m always trying to save money on vacation like in a hotel.. but having no kitchen in order to cook/save is a big deal. This helps to save money while trying to be out of town which is what I love. I would love more videos like this one! :)🎉❤ I love your channel.
I know that this comment is coming a year after the video was maddde, but I have been watching your "Community Cooking" series and I think some of these will be great for the family that you're cooking for. Love your channel! Don't know how I missed this one.
You are a genius! The first idea already blew my mind, my husband is in construction and its been hars to find meal ideas that he likes.. deffintely giving these a try! Thank you
I'm also trying to work with a tight budget, so I'm so glad for a realistic budget. We are on a bit of a fertility journey and treatments can be pricey so I've been trying to keep things healthy but cheap even more now than ever. Thank you for the meal ideas!
I am really enjoying your channel. I am learning so much about the psychology of meal prep and saving time, stress, and money for meals for my senior dad, myself and my grandkids! Thank you so much. You are motivating me to take better care of myself and family !😊
I needed this! Pregnant and needed very easy lunch ideas/ no cook. Bless you! I couldn’t find ANY that were appealing on RUclips under ‘easy pregnancy meals.’ I finally can relate to this one. Thanks again
Great ideas ! I don’t like cooking for one anymore. Too many leftovers. This really changes the way I will be buying and preparing my food. No waste and easy preparation. Thanks for the info. So helpful.
This is so handy!! I travel a lot to perform and stay in hotels/air b&b’s a lot and struggle with simple ideas for food (that is t going to a restaurant or something)
Love your ideas! I feel like you're in my kitchen today because I have about 90% of the exact items you used lol! The lunch meat kit, cheese, club crackers, salad (but caesar) and I even make my yogurt parfait the exact same way so I have those items too lol. I will admit I liked the berry frozen fruit better for parfaits, but it got too expensive! And I need to make lunchables with the pepperoni next time, great idea! Thanks!
This was full of good ideas for us older folks who sometimes can't work up the steam to cook anything. I personally dislike meat, but the cheese and eggs are easy substitutes. Thanks for the ideas (:D)
Thank you for your channel. I've only ever seen the chicken/broccoli/rice meal preppers, and you are really helping me get my eating out under control.
Beautiful ideas for those who can still eat this way. Used to make meals like this for my son at home and school lunches. But at 66 I'm finding there are a lot of things I can no longer eat.
You might have already posted this info, but where did you get your stackable meal prep containers? Thanks! I love all of your ideas! I get so inspired!!
Great ideas! I don't have easy access to a microwave at work, so these are great for that. I also attend rabbit shows about once a month, and spend way too much on vendor food.
I’m definitely doing the yogurt but will use Raisin Bran cereal instead.. I never thought of buying the frozen fruit…. I might go to a dollar tree to get the small mason jars …thank you ✨
I’ve been eating a lot of salad wraps lately too. They are so portable and I can stuff them with lettuce/ cabbage mixes. This is another great video from you.
Very nice! Im in sticker shock about the tortillas. Ive been in Mexico a long time, but moving back to the states this summer and definitely will be making the tortillas by hand for fraction of a cost.
There are some tasty options here, I would add the granola to the yogurt to soften it, Ive been making yogurt w/fruit and oatmeal for a while and my daughter makes it for her 12yo the night before, he nukes it in the morning before mama is up ( I like mine cold) I had an idea for a vdo on making a D25T dinner with everything including the stove from D25T and was going to use the hamburger patties.. Theres been a little hiccup in my plans because all of the D25T stores around me have switched to the $3-$4-$5 refrigerated section and they dont have the patties!! A 1lb chunk of ground beef isnt a bad deal for $5. My backup idea was their canned luncheon loaf but I cant find that either! Nor brkfst sausage. Oh well maybe I'll go with the summer sausage or a canned meat.. hope yaw had a great con!
It’s literally never occurred to me to CHOP frozen fruit 😂 I have all ingredients for the parfaits. I’m going to prep 2-3 for this week for a fast breakfast. Thanks, once again. These are such helpful, basic skills, from which many can benefit.

Just want to say how thoughtful and sweet of you to do that for them!

I usually use a rotisserie chicken and a chopped salad bag for wraps but now I see those salads in a new light. Thanks for the ideas.
I do craft fairs...yep prepared food is a MUST. With only 2 ppl in our booth, it's virtually impossible to leave & the cost & product it's better to bring our own. Thanks.
The individual salad kit into wraps is brilliant. 😀

Omg…make wraps out of bagged salads is a miracle 😂😂 I’m on a Whole Foods diet but hate eating regular salad alllll the time
The salad wrap was fantastic idea they all were! Thanks I definitely will use this.
I think I'm going to have heart failure. You actually found a lunch box my 8yr old will eat. I'm fully shocked. 😮 Thanks 👍
Haha very kid friendly! One of my favorites

I love charcuterie & I could eat it three days in a row. 😊
Great ideas and they All look Yummy!😋😋
Please make sure you post if you're going to consume peanuts at your stand so people that are allergic to peanuts can avoid having a reaction❤

I never thought of making those yogurt parfaits! I’m gonna give them a try for my husband :)
One likes them. Here, granola can be so expensive, so I put store brand Grape Nuts cereal on top. It actually tastes good on the parfaits
That was fantastic!!!! Good ideas!!!! Thank you. Hope you do great at the show!!!
I’ve been eating a lot of salad wraps lately too. They are so portable and I can stuff them with lettuce/ cabbage mixes. This is another great video from you.

INCREDIBLE!!! Love these so much, thank yoouuu!!
I’m having surgery next week so I think Now I’m going to do a similar prep the day before so I have a few days of no cooking. Thanks!

Great idea when traveling 😀
More like this please..!! Was helpful!!!
Love cheese, meat and crackers. Good idea for you and your boyfriend to bring your food and not pay the high price at the convention.
It’s our favorite convention meal, pretty much my go to because of how easy it is to prep
These would be great for school lunches too
Great job🎊
Need to save this for my own conventions and festivals.
This sounds wonderfull for summer!

Love your channel and videos. When can we expect to see a cook book from you?
What a good idea.
Love all the ideas! Where do you buy the black containers?
They are from Walmart over in the kitchen section 😊
@@DollarTreeDinners thanks
I love watching your channel ❤
Great idea with the wraps
Great ideas
yess love you!
My Walmart has great value low carb tortillas. They taste like the carb balance ones, just cheaper
Thanks for the tip!

I was at Dollar Tree today and thought of you and this channel!! ❤
I love that! 😊

Very savvy!☺️❤️✨
Love this ❤️
Awesome work 💯
What great idea
Those meat/cheese 'lunchables' look delicous!
Good idea 😋
Do you reuse the containers you put wraps in and other stuff
That’s a ton of cheese wow 😮 good ideas though thanks
What kind of vendor are you for comicon???
My boyfriend sells horror/gore style cartoon art so we set up shop to sell his prints and shirts and what not 😊
Instead of doing your frozen taco's in grease try doing them in the air fryer.
so we dont cook the tortilla
That's frankly to me a wild amount of cheese and deli meat per box but you know yourselves.
Great ideas! Thank you ❤
