I love Heikin Ashi candles because they eliminate the noise that conventional candles show. No wicks at the bottom of a bullish candle equals a strong trend to the upside. No wicks at the top of a bear candle equals a strong trend to the downside. Dojis equal a weakening of the trend or a consolidation period. Very clean.

The RCI is more trend catching than the RSI. When RCI (9.10), RCI (13.14), and RCI (36.38) are displayed on the same screen (with different colors), the short-term RCI shows the entry timing and the medium-term RCI shows the direction of the trend. Strongest when combined with HEIKENASHI.

Scalping=pips=money. Money you make is better than money you lose. There is no such thing as getting rich quick in forex. Slow and steady is my mindset. This is just my opinion and it works great for me. Remember, capitalism is good. Happy trading everyone!
As usual, this video is extremely helpful and accurate. I have added few tricks to it , for Forex scalping on ctrader platform I use a 2 pips or 5 pips range chart , put the Heikin Ashi and the Ichimoku cloud , for the RSI i put a 7 period and move the 30 and 70 lines to 20 and 80 an d still got the ADX line for volatility

Absolutely, There’re highly-effective Forex trading strategy for beginners.
The things is some strategies are extremely hard to understand and it’s not really easy to incorporate into my trading plan.
I think timing matters, a trading analysis is often a good indicator and helps in getting the right trade opportunity.
I put in so much effort into my trades but I still end up with really little profits. It’s definitely not how I imagined trading would be, I expected more.

I actually can't believe it. After 3 years of trading with the candlestick chart, do I only now find out about the Heikin Ashi candlesticks.
I'm amazed how much easier they are, than trading with the candlestick chart. I still like the candlestick chart, so I'm thinking about applying both charts in my trading.

I have been trading over one year and half and had my up and down which means already have and tested multiple strategies, but never tried Heikin-Ashi and to be honest never looked at it either. Here what I can say about this video and strategy with my little experience, THIS IS GOING WORK FOR YOU in any market situation as I back-tested it in every valuable trade in past couple of months. Thank you guys this is very very valuable educational video
I also like to add that every big swing trade that I had been stalked in 2019 and finally MISSED! was simply doable with this brilliant strategy! Its a miracle!

Always loved the concept of Heikin Ashi and its simplicity. However any automated trading strategies I've tried with HA Candles failed until I realized that HA price is not actually the real price of the asset but a "smoothed" and lagging version. For instance, as candles turn from red to green in the HA, oftentimes in the "true" OHLC candle the price has moved A LOT, so that as a trader you're already "quite late". Whats your thought on this? Great videos!
True traders don't use Heikin Ashi. You'll train wrong and you'll miss massive opportunies.
if you're too late on the 1st candle it is not an up or down trend. I'd wait for the second candle or wick breaking above or below the trend line or support/resistance.
Exactly, it all looks great in hindsight but both the Heikin Ashi and Ichimouku cloud are very very very very very lagging indicators. For true price action, I think nothing beats the Range bars.

It's important to note that heiken ash is an abstraction or average of price movement. It is not the actual price movement. Yes it eliminates noise in terms of viewing overall trend and turns, but it lacks precision. It is often late by 1 or 2 candles which can add up to a lot of pips. It's a good trend indicator, but my actual trading is from a real candle chart which shows actual price movement. To me, a precise entry and exit are very important.
So it makes sense to alternative between to the two to filter noise and get precise price movement.

I would love to trade stocks that chart this clean. But not in the current market.
It is only a sample which all everyone know bullish and bearish but when we want to do intraday trading in some product we need original one oscillator or signal that when to buy or sell in specific time
Add a 200 moving averages to the RSI strategy to filter out the bad trades.

The example you showed to buy and sell at the same price ... buy on the way up then sell on the way down ... but the price point is the same so we don’t make money ?
When the trend is bullish n reaching/pass the rsi 50 u can scalp a long position. Likewise, if the trend is bearish and passing through rsi50...short position. Scalping..meaning 20-30pips at best.

Thank you for the great content. I love analising charts but always felt that the screen overcrowds with indicators and distracts from the sentimental aspect of an assets movement in the market. I pasted a screencap to my Heiken-Ashi inspired layout but YT doesn't allow to add links. I made it by adapting RSI to 30,50,70 and Kumo clouds to read it cleanly like yours on a nice white background. Looks a lot like my architectural design layouts. Thank you for the inspiration.

This is very informative and will apply it to my daily trading. I would like to understand how long should I wait for the green candle to cross pass the RSI 50 line before i buy to scalp because the green candle sometimes goes back down below RSI 50 line after a short ride? Any advice ?
I do swing trading and have similar issue. I usually wait rsi to be more than 60 before entering the trade. I loose some of it but my chances of success are higher. If somebody has better strategy I would like to know it, thanks

Heikin-Ashi is fools gold for newb traders / Gamblers. learning and reacting to swings from open /close price on all time frames will indicate entry and close levels. it can take a while to learn this skill but that's where the price is. LOOK LEFT. Support & Resistance.

I'm sorry but how will using RSI + Heiken Ashi candles tell you anything. Literally. the price can change any. moment and only. then will the RSI or the candles themselves follow through. Atleast with Ichimoku you're getting a relatively. good signal because it rarely. gives signals and when it does, they're very likely. to be trends. But to say that Heiken Ashi or RSI indicate a trend, I just don't get that.
Would it be possible to you the TRIX indicator in as an alternative to the RSI.

eddyvideostar yes i was looking at that about 1-2 weeks ago in EITHER amzn or spy ( dont remember) and it was already giving a strong downtrend before it happened... i think it was on the weekly or daily timeframe
@@eddyvideostar Yes. İf Heikin Ashi candle becomes a doji regardless of its colour (especially above the upper bollinger band) this mostly means a trend change.
