Hi Caroline! I’m making the quinoa patties as we speak. I just happened to have some cooked quinoa and was contemplating what to make with it, and there you are with the perfect recipe. I didn’t have any bread crumbs, so I used almond flour instead. Seemed to work fine. I also made the patties a bit larger, so left them in the oven a bit longer. Can’t wait to taste them!

Hi Bella.... AWESOME vegetarian meal prep for me coz i don't eat 4 legged animals!!! Chicken and fish very occasionally anyways I just cooked your lentil sauce and it is delicious over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta YUMMY.... tomorrow i will be attempting to cook the patties lol

I make a roasted garlic paste with the garlic roasted and olive oil. Whirl in a small blender and leave it in the fridge

I like to think of flavor bombs like a sauces, infused oil, or something like a gremolata or dukkah that you can top a dish with. Anyway to add extra flavor and texture and depth

Hello Judy :) thank you so much for watching my channel and sharing this request with me! So the Mediterranean Diet is actually a moderately low-sodium diet apart for a few foods such as olives, cheese, deli meats, and broth. But because the Mediterranean diet is so focused on Whole Foods and making almost everything from scratch in your kitchen, avoiding processed foods, almost all my recipes are pretty low in sodium as long as you omit the salt and avoid the specific higher sodium processed foods. Does that make any sense??
