Hey Vulcan I noticed you weren’t using the coordinated fire with your artillery? What I mean is where you order a fire mission and then put them on return fire until they’re done aiming and then take them off return fire. That way they fire all at once. I learned that from you way back in the SD2 days.
Man those reflex missiles. NATO tanks really should have greater range for not having the missiles. On paper the Reflect and the L11A5 tank gun of the Chieftain and Chally 1 should be basically the same range. The 119ths T80Us and UDs are just flat better with more availability than anything NATO can call on. Western tanks were engineered to be bigger and more robust as a matter of doctrine. Its crazy that the exact opposite is true in game. The base Chally 1 on paper had a 16 ton advantage over the T80U and 24 tons with its extra armour (over half the T80Us weight again) but youd never guess from this game.
Finally just bought the game. Only played 2 skirmish games against ai so far (1v1), and it's been real fun. Noticeable upgrade in the way the ai play in WArno compared to War-game RD.. I still liked some things in Broken Arrow better and some things in Warno better. I love that they are both different. This looks like a ton of fun online.
There is a video where he specifically deploys two Buratino and absolutely decimates the other player's defenses with it. He didn't say anything bad about it the entire video and even praised it for its firepower. So, I would assume yes, he thinks it's good.
A fair amount of the value provided by artillery is reducing cohesion, putting pressure on the opposing player to micro and forcing units to repair leaving the frontline or stalling an advance. None of those things show up on the kill list.
Some very inexperienced tank players here, lack of using tanks with command tanks etc. One of the NATO guys just leaving them on the open all the time. I'd have loved to have been in that game. Should always have cheap supplies attached to them to constantly resupply smoke too.
Hopefully you all are enjoying the smooth frames! Not so smooth is my audio, particularly my mic, I'll be working on it over the coming days.
That title. ahahaaha.
Curse you 4090! You've made my made my frames smooth as silk but my mic hotter than an inferno!

That opening arty on the roads is pure metagaming cancer.
It's honestly how artillery works in real life

The lack of air superiority on your side did your teams assaults a disservice with all those airstrikes getting to hit

Vulcan do you think TOS-1 is good? play a list where I have 2 of them and alot of AA and tanks to protect it. Do you have a list around TOS-1?

Magnificent how much less risky artillery is to use over bombers
Hellfires hit different
My Grads were doing lots of chip dmg but ended up getting very few kills lol.
Grads are more useful for reducing cohesion enemy infantry and light armor than being mass-murder-machines. ;)

Definitely better video quality with the new graphics card 👌
Man that arty strike is as smart as the FOB spotting trick
What a comp ;) 🎉
Nice vids! I just saw you in game but sadly your game was full :/
Personally i don't see any reason to bring 2s1 as a 119 because you have 4 beautiful 152 Msta-B
Please play some pf the less loved decks. :)
Vulcan will be streaming Warno in an hour or so, why don't you join us and request that he play one of those?
