I am completely addicted to your videos Nick! I can't afford a canoe let alone any of amazing boats you feature, I can dream though and I will. Thanks for keeping me entertained 😊
What a unique layout. Never seen a yacht with a layout anywhere near this one. I like how it bright everywhere you go, with plenty of light getting in. It feels a lot bigger than the 80ft. Thank you for taking us on a tour of her Nick
It's a beautiful laid out boat and interior, but it's a bit bland. There is too much of the same wood finish everywhere. Needs an interior designer badly. Great video as ever.
Always good to see a different layout. Not sure how I feel about the openness of the heads in the VIP and owners cabins though. Needs pocket doors IMO. Other than that, I'll take two please!
Did you also notice that the actual toilet compartment (frosted-ish glass) is always the one facing the bed? A few oddities with this one, but at least it's different.
Nick, you always find the most interesting boats for us. I love that this is not a cookie cutter layout, and love certain areas and designs of the layout. Having said that, I really do not like this interior design, but that's easily changed. This boat has the worst crew areas we've seen. Small and cramped and no privacy in the forward cabin, unless there was some sort of door you did not show. Thanks for the look, I love seeing all types and styles of boats, even those I don't really think would suit my tastes.
The yachts today are so well laid out that they find every inch of dead space and configure them to create more and more room for cabins and storage. This ship is designed around the beach club/cockpit and the outside spaces. It is only 80 feet but has amazingly large cabins all with dedicated heads and a day heads. Plus two crew cabins that are far from crapped that have dedicated heads with seperate showers. The boat is enormous for only 80 feet. Love the sundeck and can't see a reason the owner couldn't put an ice maker and fridge there. This might be my favorite sub 100 foot boat. Though it needs some stabilization. I still am amazed that there are pod driven boats over 60 feet. Just because they create so much drag.
I didn’t see a bar anywhere , no ice maker or additional refrigeration . Boats with that much exterior living space should have more amenities for entertaining . I also didn’t notice any grill for cooking outside .
Nick being human, "I can't remember" Thats why we live your tours, you're not afraid to admit mistakes/oversights. Long may you keep going Oh, I like the changes they've made.....very much
Dear Nick, it was a pleasure for my wife and I to meet you in Dartmouth the other day, thanks for the photo, our son laughed his socks off! Simon & Laura
I like all your videos but watching you go down that ladder in that itty bitty cabin in the aft deck made me appreciate even more all you do for your great content, I'm sure others would have pointed the camera down the hatch but not you sir, hats off
Glad to see this updated video. Great as always. One boat I would love to see get the proper AQUAHOLIC treatment is the Lagoon Seventy8. Not that I can afford one, but if I could I’m very much thinking that’s what I would end up with.
Very unique layout. It’s a tad contemporary for my taste. That said, I do love the outdoor spaces! As always, a cracking tour, Nick! Thanks for the video! All the best to you from Louisiana, USA!
OMG, a very unique boat indeed !! My favorite "spot", the main deck !! I absolutely LOVE that helm area and the fact you can see in front of you !! Also, I know you said the ceiling on the main deck were solar panels but at first glance it could be strobe lights as if it were a disco dance floor ! I'm sorry Nick, I know you've had some amazing boats before but for me this is by far one of the BEST boats you've shown ! I've tried to find something, anything I don't like and if I were very picky/petty, maybe a starboard access door (unless I missed it) ? Maybe one other thing would be access to the upper deck from the lower deck but that would be like every other boat, so leave PERFECTION ALONE !! Thank you so much Nick !! Safe travels !
Hi Nick, That is nice back on the Sherpa from Arcadia this 80XL almost a Superyacht great the big cockpit going over to the dining then outside and now outside or inside by those sliding doors very need the master and the vip are very similar how they look the lounge with that glas roof with the solar build in it great going over to the bridge directly on the bow there a nice bench outside Great Nick what a show ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Beautiful boat Nick. Thanks for the tour. Love the interior and exterior styling. I think however the hull windows could be bigger/better styled - don’t like the two letterboxes style windows, slightly missed opportunity.
Thanks for a great walk-through, Nick. It's a 'provocative' boat. Some interesting choices made. It doesn't appear to be all that efficient with space though
🦘🇦🇺 Thank you Nick for a most unusual tour. Lots of unusual nooks & crannies with lots of stairs to seperate them. Quite a refreshing layout for an 80’. 🛟🙏
A really interesting approach to have that upper level kind of away from the dock. I could see how one would love this layout, it would be on my short list if I ever struck it rich!
It's no Gulf Craft Majesty 175 but Mr Burnham sir having have watched your usual excellent tour of the original this XL is a definite improvement for sure, I quite like this style of yacht but I still think I'd go for a number of other 80ft yachts first but this world be on my list for consideration, Nick always good to see a tour of newer yachts that you have toured before, nice to see the contrast thanks, all the best from Cornwall 🤗✌️👍
Gorgeous vessel. That's truly a unique layout for sure, something refreshing than the usual I guess. And yes, you are right, those IPS 1350 engines are a 1000 hp each and have a displacement of 12.8 litres. Thanks Nick~! :)
Definitely a unique layout like nothing we have seen before, I like it though, nice finishes and quite spacious all though the Galley and crew areas are on the small size. Nice tour Nick thank you.
Love it Nick, buddy you never fail to disappoint. I wonder how long you would have struggled with the light before it broke🤣🤣. As usual great tour, love ya work.
Nice layout. A front back split. The design is a little angular for my tastes but an A+ on the layout I do like the transformer rear deck so much more than a passerelle
I so look forward to every video you put out. Wonderful as always. Also an interesting look at how the industry is tailoring boats for different segments. Also a look a taste and psychology - someone wanted that bland design. It might be a charter operator, or someone into modern design. Very clever boat. Not thrilled with crew accommodations, but you see that sort all the time.
Very unconventional layout, but I love it. Loads of space. I also just love that almost "secret" compartment in the rear that leads to the crew bunk. Very quirky. Would make for a nice hideaway space if you just want to get away from everybody for a while.
Expect the unexpected, don't think I've seen a layout like that before. I liked it. That small crew cabin ideal for daughters boyfriend! 😊Nice one Nick
A very smooth and thorough video. I like that they have attempted a new layout; but I don't care for the layout. Several separate pods away from everything else. The galley is small and dead-ended in the middle of the saloon. This designer doesn't seem to like the crew either.
Always a great tour from this channel. Many thanks! 🍷 Regarding the vessel itself. I find the layout confusing. Putting the owner's cabin all the way down like that is somewhat insulting. The kitchen without a proper window whilst on the side so the crew can see out is not very crew-friendly. Skylight is nice, but does not make up for the loss of a window. The vessel itself is not for me. More that I did not like than I liked. Note to the channel. I thank you very much for sharing this tour and enlightening me on this vessel. 🤗
Contemporary in places but you’d think they’d dress it better for a showboat as pretty bland cabins. Looks like the inside of my shed. I like the foldaway doors on the main deck though. Not too sure,on this one sorry Nick but as usual, great video. Think you should take this up professionally. Lol.
Nice Aquaracer ;) I am not sure about the wood and finish of this boat. Seems not visually what should be expected at this price tag. But I totally appreciate the way the space are delimited and separated visually and by their levels. That gives more the impression of a loft. The last level reminds me of Boston Legal. I love everything about these Arcadias except for the propulsion. Loads of outdoor space, with enough interior to still be comfy if the weather closes in. If you could get it with shaft drive it would be great. But I suspect that would impact interior space and you might lose the tender garage. Which is my favorite part of this yacht. A tender in the garage and a smaller crew tender/water toys on the transom platform on an 80fter would be living the dream. No moving furniture around on deck to accomdate tenders/toys like you often need to on other layouts.
Nice. It's a bit sad there isn't a standard fridge and ice maker on the upper deck; however, I'm sure for a "small" up-charge they can be installed for the discerning buyer. 😉
I personally am not really into what they did with the general layout. Also, for a boat that spacious and at that price point, the upper deck is comparatively small and lacklustre. However, I quite like the finishes and the main aft deck. The bedrooms themselves are quite nice too, it’s just the overall layout that seem impractical and a bit unappealing for me. But, as usual, the tour itself was great Nick 👌
Very different and interesting layout but I do not like the 1970s wood paneling finish that seems to be everywhere. It's hard to look at. It wasn't mentioned during the look at the helm but did I see a joystick control beside the throttles?
It's so... beige. I think a warmer wood interior would make it feel more welcoming. It also lacks exterior amenities - sink, fridge, ice maker. Despite my complaining, I still like it overall.
Not sure about this one can't get my head around it very interesting layout to go to lower cabins did not see a door for privacy on forward crew cabin and strange no fridge up on fly deck and sorry don't like the wood but as always a very informative video Nick 👏👏
I think I'd head over to the Fairline or Princess stand to be honest. The interior looks bland and cheap. The cabins have a stripe effect which is just too much on the eyes, well mine anyway. And would probably add to morning after the night before effects. By the way Nick, you often mentioning 'Beach Clubs'. I have yet to see any sand or seaweed on the back of these boats. 🤔😄. Keep the videos coming , always a great watch.
Rear crew cabin - I mean, it's a shame, realy, it feels like grave! If one can afford a yacht like this, may very well think about crew; after all they are the ones staying on the yacht for extended period of time, unlike most owners. I'm talking from experience, decent crew space = happy crew = happy owner. Ok, there's more to it, of course, but this is essential.
I really enjoyed the tour on this fine and in many ways interesting vessel. But I noticed the teak decking being both sloppy, primitive and quite ugly. I hope this will be brought up to a standard suitable for a yacht in this class. The general layout was very interesting and durable. Thank you for the tour. ❤
Very nicely laid out.I guess a drop down partition behind the Captains seating would allow vision out at night.I don't get open bathrooms.Period. I tried a few times to watch 'Motoholic' yesterday, but it's banned here due to 'copyright' nonsense.
Yes, rather frustrating. Normally copyrighted music is allowed, with any advertising revenue going to the copyright holder. In this instance it just got banned.
Nice layout but definitely needs a fridge and ice maker on the top deck and maybe a BBQ, still a bit disappointing with the kitchen area there just doesn’t seem to be enough fridges and freezers especially if your at sea for a long time. One thing I didn’t see but I should imagine it has one somewhere is a washer dryer, to say this boat can do over a thousand miles I don’t think it’s equipped for that sort of range and that’s worrying.
As always, a very well done tour. Very cool boat. BUT...for over $5 million, the decor needs a lot of help. All the tan paneling, flooring, seating, bedding, etc. just did not fit the price. Seemed very bland... Like a huge bowl of steel cut oatmeal. Not for me. But hey, I don't have the $5 mil for a boat so what do I know? :-)
Hmmm Nick too many split levels everywhere on that boat, all those steps to navigate. Personally I could think of other boats before this one for the price. You presention was spot on as usual though. So from the comments its a Marmite boat. Cheers DougT
Excellent video, as always. Very well presented. Have to say, though, the Arcadia does not appeal. All a bit Ikea and I pity whoever gets the aft crew cabin. Also, single access to the engine room on an 80 is a bit questionable.
I am completely addicted to your videos Nick! I can't afford a canoe let alone any of amazing boats you feature, I can dream though and I will. Thanks for keeping me entertained 😊

It's a beautiful laid out boat and interior, but it's a bit bland. There is too much of the same wood finish everywhere. Needs an interior designer badly. Great video as ever.
Thank you!
I was thinking exactly the same and lots of sharp edges everywhere, and the open saloon next the the bridge no good for night passages
Probably a show model trying to appeal to as many people as possible.
If Ikea went to sea?
And what is with the glass doors on the bog these days? That frosting hid very little.
Agreed and I would think if you frost the head door in the Owners cabin then frost the shower door too would look better

Seems like a lot of boat for that price. Once they've painted all the plywood, it'll look lovely. 😂
Agreed on the 'plywood' not a fan of the downstairs. Give me a solid color please.
Ikea has been on the phone. They want their doors back.
How do we know its plywood ?
Not my favorite layout/decor. To each his own. Always a fantastic tour Nick. Thanks!! Love your presentations.
I completely agree! The flow is so disjointed and the wood finishing/interior design is abysmal!!!
Lovely yacht, and the Volvo Pentas makes it even more reliable than usual. Thanks for the great tour!
Thanks for watching!

Did they went with the "free" option on the interior?
Glad to see this updated video. Great as always. One boat I would love to see get the proper AQUAHOLIC treatment is the Lagoon Seventy8. Not that I can afford one, but if I could I’m very much thinking that’s what I would end up with.
Cool boat! I do wonder why they put that massive wheel in though!?
Just as a statement I reckon. It does look cool
Certainly a great boat but I would rather go with a Bering or Numarine. Thanks a lot for sharing. Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
Fair enough, but a very different style of boat. Just depends what sort of boating you do.

I love these Yachts with the long back.
Thanks Nick, impressive boat I must admit
Glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
You should do a video about how you make videos and the tour. Do you walk the boat beforehand, talk to anyone, etc
Nice to see some lateral thinking in terms of layout! The aft cockpit is fab. Style though, it's not gonna steal any Riva customers...
I love the layout of this
Bit of a quirky layout but i kind of like it. Thanks for another great vid Nick
Thanks for watching!
Great video as always but I would stick with standard layout that you find in many yatchs.
A very smooth and thorough video. I like that they have attempted a new layout; but I don't care for the layout. Several separate pods away from everything else. The galley is small and dead-ended in the middle of the saloon. This designer doesn't seem to like the crew either.
They should fire the interior designer, the births reminded me of an old folks home! lol Great video per usual Nick!

Nice Aquaracer ;)
I am not sure about the wood and finish of this boat. Seems not visually what should be expected at this price tag.
But I totally appreciate the way the space are delimited and separated visually and by their levels. That gives more the impression of a loft.
The last level reminds me of Boston Legal. A vintage Whisky, probably a Talisker for me (sea!), a cigar, a friend or two.
Close! It's a vintage 2000 Professional 🙂
@@AQUAHOLIC Very nice!
As the last level with a drink and a cigar!
Qwirky layout , i would make the kitchen more open plan , still i wouldnt complain if it turned up on my door step !

Thanks Nick! Lots of beige. 😮😊
I'm sure they'll do you a different colour 🙂
