The Deliverance and The Supremes at Earl’s All-You-Can-Eat Recap

In this episode of Mimi Said What?! host Mimi Robinson and Co-host T. Espi discuss the upcoming Celebrity Family Feud with the cast of 9-1-1 airing on ABC on September 16th. We tossed a sidebar conversation into the mix as September crept up on us without warning. To include some fall favorite activities to the farm and a Zoofari. I promised to post a video of the Zoofari trip to our IG for your amusement.
The Deliverance came out on Netflix and set the internet a blaze. Glen Close left folks shaken and they don’t know what to do about it. Mimi shares how she thought her scary self might be able to watch. Spoiler alert, she couldn’t but T could so she gave a recap of The Deliverance and why Mimi would never survive watching it. Kudos to the cast because they did an incredible job.
We both watched and fell in love with The Supremes at Earl’s All-You-Can-Eat Directed by Tina Mabry who did a beautiful job telling this story based on the best-selling novel about three best friends played by Aunjanue Ellis, Sanaa Lathan, and Uzo Aduba. Barbara Jean, Odette, and Clarice have worked their way into our hearts.
