Happy Lemon started the Rock Salt and Cheese trend if my memory serves me right. I used to be lining up to the long queue in Eastwood during my lunch break just to buy it.
My all time favorite Serenitea drink is -- Wintermelon milk tea 5% sugar, hard press with crystals. Also their snacks are so good!! You should give it another try ❤
Serenitea is underrated. Their brews are always fresh and you can tell it apart from other milk tea places that use black tea powder. I always order Winter Snow, Okinawa, Brown Sugar Taho, and Raspberry Strawberry Cold Brew. I also highly recommend their food. A little pricey but 100% worth it. Their Taiwan Sausage is a must try. I'm not a huge fan of milk tea that's too sweet so I'm glad they accommodate sweetness levels as low as 5%.
For me may 1st is Macao, 2nd Coco and third is Happy Lemon.. For me the best flavor in Coco and what I always order is Salty milky tea it taste really good 💛 ***corrected "Happy Lemon" thank you
serenitea for milk tea because they're strong. Coco for chocolate drinks + they have the best sinkers. Overall best for me though no matter what you order and every store i've tried, they're consistent... its taste from the greens
@Gyurious Jang I agree. It’s originated from San Fernando Pampanga n grew fast. They’re my favorite. My nephew introduced me to their winter melon the first one I ever tasted. Now I like taro n salted one. Anyway he has now franchised 2 branches. Both in Angeles city near the university. Right in the center.
For me, the best Milktea is the milktea of Chatime because it is too strong to the point that you can really taste the tea itself unlike the other contenders, they really like Milkshake or drink with more milk. I'm a coffee lover and I love the bitter after taste of chatime milktea. ❤️
I liked them all but I have preferences in flavor. But I would give a higher score to the ones not mentioned in this video: Happy Lemon and Tiger Sugar.
For me, my favorite for milk tea would be Chatime's. There was a phase it my life that I really become addicted to their milk tea. As for the others, I love Gong Cha's passion fruit tea, Serenitea's calamansi green tea and Coco's lemon calamansi with aloe. 😉
For me Chatime is my go to drink even I liked Brown Sugar Pearl Milktea and recently, the Thai Milktea with Pearls because the Thai Milktea is way tasty and it has a orange color of it.
Stay safe and Healthy always Jessica. 💚💓💚. Excited na kami mapanood ang episode 2 ng Trabaho Series mo. 🥰 I enjoyed watching your vlog today Jess. Next naman na i-rate/try nyo ung Iskrambol and Dirty ice cream and Halo-halo naman jess .. hehe. 💕💙💕 *Love you Jessica Lee*😘
Gong Cha House Special milk teas got a stronger tea taste which is my favorite. HS typically looks like unmixed - you can see the tea and cream separation - the one they used in this video is the non house special or it has already been mixed.
Now you gotta try the brown sugar bobba milktea challenge. Well known stores are Tiger Sugar, Xing Fu Tang, Alishan The Alley and Yi Fang. All these are from Taiwan spreading franchise here in PH. Small fact: Tiger Sugar maybe popular here in PH but when I was in Taiwan it was Xing Fu Tang and Alishan The Alley are the big waves in that country. Enjoy
Tawang tawa ako dun sa mga part na kailangang magtakip ng mukha para magfocus yung cam sa milktea 😭 supportive at true friends talaga ni mareng Jessica hahahah
ZAGU was the first ever to commercialize Bobba drinks. But Bobba/ZAGU in Filipino has always been everywhere in the Philippines, mainly found in carideryas, street foods, school canteens, food cart etc. I used to drink this in the 80s up until I moved to America in 1994. Puso or Dos lang pa noon😁
Macao and Serenity are my favorite. By the way, for the Macao cheesecake milk tea, if you will drink it right after you receive it, you can remove the red crown thingy and from there you can taste the cheesecake right away. :)
i like milkteas with strong taste of tea that's why my favorite is serenitea. i also like their chicken chops. i mostly order jasmine milktea or anything matcha ❤
There is a Milk tea store in Baclaran, the owners and managers are all Taiwanese and the ingredients are all from Taiwan too, IT IS THE BEST MILK TEA i ever tasted, sadly they closed because they all go home because of the Pandemic. Their milk tea is so good and of high quality that they only delivers to bulk orders for Hotels and Casinos or offices.
@@marjorieresco5105 Mandarin yung nasa flyers nila eh, mga Chinese or Taiwanese kasi madalas umorder sa kanila. Yung cup may logo na "M". Coco's Salty Cream Milktea, Dakasi's Classic, Gong Cha's Wintermelon house blend and D'cream's Golden sun are best to try it you are into the milkier taste :)
I have to agree, Gongcha has the best pearls among them and i have to agree again for the serenitea, their Tea is stronger than the others. have tasted them all as well.
hala i'm so overwhelmed kasi matagal ko ng request yung milktea comparison nung nasa korea pa si ate jess and finally ginawa niya yung milktea comparison vlog here sa ph yesssss
I hope you caught the pearl in your hands when you laughed🤣 Serenitea is the best for me because I like the strong tea flavor. I’m abstaining from milktea addiction for almost a month now because I want to get fit and this video makes me want to try every milktea you bought haha!
I always go to different boba shops for a certain drink like; Wintermelon Milktea - GongCha! Taro Milktea - Chatime! Original - Macau Oreo + Cream Milktea - Happy Lemon ♥️♥️♥️
Serenitea is my first love and my comfort milk tea. The Default shop when I get it in my head that I'm craving milktea. All others are like 2nd options 😁 Okinawa 25% hard-pressed and boba (sometimes egg pudding). I like my tea strong and doesn't seem like all I sip is milk 😌🍵
Cha Tuk Chak is my number 1 so far! I recommend their biscoff milktea with extra cheesecake. It won’t disappoint you. I hope you’ll try it. I’m a milktea lover and i tried sooo many milktea houses (too many to mention) already but this is by far the best.
I've tried a plethora of milk tea brands in Taiwan and Chatime takes the cake for me all day every day (although Chatime doesn't have a presence in Taiwan despite being a Taiwanese company). Their QQ milk tea is my go-to. QQ in Chinese is the 'chewy' texture boba pearls are known for.
My top 3 would be Coco, Gong cha and Macao. The other flavors from Coco I like except the Matcha one, tasted grainy idk why. If ever I want Matcha I go for Gong Cha, has the most authentic flavor imo. Macao is kinda okay very expensive but I hate how I struggle with the cream cheese stuck on the cup 😭.
I think it would be more interesting if you rated each one by specific categories like pearl, tea, value for price, etc. 😁 But this works too. I've only tried some of those but your reactions kind of give me what to expect for the other ones.
I like my milk tea like straightforward milk and tea, you can taste the roasted tea flavor, thats my preference. My go to is gongcha and i always go for the house special milk earl grey tea. Just simple milk tea 😍 other than that the legit teh tarik, not the instant powder. Its so gooooood
Those are yummy especially Macao💙 But I think there should be a part 2 for this and include other brands like infinitea and Happy Lemon (Happy Lemon - Creamy baby is the best huhu try it!!!)
I am very very choosy when it comes to milktea, I hate it when its too watery, too milky, too sweet, can't even taste the tea, and it's just so hard to find a very well-balanced milktea. But, personally, happy lemon and dakasi take the cake for me :D however, happy lemon have recently changed their formula of their OG milk tea with pearls, and i am forever pissed for that because that was my no.1 milktea drink flavor. But, ONEZO and SHARETEA have been becoming my faves, they are so underrated :((( Please do try them out guys!
Miiiine is... 1) Gong Cha 2) Happy Lemon 3) Macao 4) Coco 5) Serenitea -----> But when i'm craving for strong tea type of milktea this becomes my #1 6) Chatime Haha i included Happy Lemon just cause 😂
actually, milk tea shops usually use powdered creamer and coco I believe is one of shops that uses fresh milk not the powdered kind. A lil bit of information. 😊
I really like serenitea. Because you can really see them using tea bags when preparing your drinks, so the taste is strong. But since its hard to visit their strores where i am right now, the usual milk tea i can get is from coco.
😇 I am trying to learn Hangul by watching K Dramas. It is really fun. I love milk tea too. My favorite is Gong Cha milk tea with pearls and 100% sugar level!
I always go for Serenitea - Jasmine Green Tea with Crystals. If I'm feeling naughty, I'll go for their Brown Sugar Grass Jelly. I also love their food, Thai Tofu. Plus, their place is cozy. Goncha is good but their place is not really welcoming.
I’ve been watching this young lady’s videos for probably almost 2yrs and I keep forgetting how young and very mature she is for age, lol😉🤙🏽 But I wish you only the best for your future endeavors and health..😉🤙🏽. Keep up the good work young lady😉🤙🏽❤️ Aloha😉🤙🏽
Oink Oink... I just love YOUR Vlogs... always makes me Smile... it starts with the Joy I see in your heart and it shows through YOUR smile... Keep on smiling because it makes you so Much prettier.. and even More beautiful... YOU are the Best.. always the Number One.. Oink Oink..
My fave is Sharetea. Idk if it's meron din dyan or it's just not known there. But Sharetea is almost everywhere in our city and it became my fave coz I always order Matcha-flavored tea with No Sugar in any teashop and sa Sharetea ko lang nakita yung kahit walang sugar, masarap parin at hindi sya "las-ay" 맛없어(?) 느낌. But for me OG talaga yung ZAGU. They have the BEST pearls, tho it's not milktea. Their pearls are always warm, sweet, and soft.
I also love milktea with a strong tea flavor. There's a flavor in Macau that has than and it gave me jitters the whole day. Stronger than coffee hahahah its sooo good
My all time favorite milk tea shop is FifTea. Ang my to-go flavor is the Boba Jasmine milk tea. I really love the strong smell of jasmine kasi mas prefer ko talaga na strong yung tea kaysa sa milk.
Hi Jessica, I love watching your videos. As a milk tea lover, you should try "Infinitea" especially the Golden Dragon Milk Tea flavor + add on egg pudding. For me, it really tastes so good 😍 In Coco Milk Tea, you can try, 2 Ladies Flavor and 3 Buddies Flavor 😍
If it's Gong Cha, House Special Wintermelon Milk Tea is their best milk tea tbh. Like, every person I introduce it to, it eventually became their new fav. Even my cousin who hates Gong Cha, but when she tasted HS Wintermelon, she has been ordering it whenever we go out.
Zagu ah yes same for me, my first and all time favourite. I remember back then they had flavors like chocolate mousse and Vanilla. My favourite Zagu flavor since 2008 is Pearl Milk Tea, idk PMT as a shake hits different.
For me I like Serenitea's Matcha Uji Pyramid Slush with egg pudding, uhmmm just 50% sugar... I sooo love it, that and their Jasmine tea... I also like Xing Fu Tang Brown Sugar Milk Tea "the one in taiwan" taste better... it depends actually on what you prefer I think...
Gong Cha for me! Brown Sugar Milk Tea. 50% sugar and 2 scoops of powder. I don't like my milk tea milky, if that makes sense! Haha. I like a strong tea taste, that's why I always ask to put only 2 scoops of powder. 👌
Personally, if price is not considered, Dakasi and Happy Lemon are my top 2. Dakasi is just great whatever flavor I ordered there. I just wish it's a bit more affordable.
My boba is Serenetea but not all people like it haha respect that, hahaha you could have try the okinawa on 25% sugar and say that it is hard press with pearls and crystals ❤️
I'd recommend "Alishan at the alley" and their Brown Sugar Cheese brule Milk Tea. It's pretty hard to find tho. I only know two store. One in BGC (near the 30th track/park) and in Paranaque (Grab). This is pretty famous in BGC.
The milktea experts! 😂🥰 I have learned some more stuffs, I didn't notice that before in Coco.. I was thinking Jessica when I saw potato corner sale last valentines day too 🤣😁❤ pwede ka na endorser nila 😅😆
Cha-Time in San Fernando, Pamp. uses fresh full cream milk.. I like it the most (i guess personal preference).. cause the ingredients are authentic brewed tea, and fresh milk. and i like the taste of tea in my milk tea.
I really love milktea and I'm coincidentally drinking it right now. . heheh. cause it's favorite. maybe I will have an option by watching this. Kinda crave for potato corner sour cream flavor and Jessica is right. Kinda little pricy. hope pag uwe ni ni Moy collab ulit kyo. huhuhu. missing your content in Sokor.

I love gong cha too but my favorite is HAPPY LEMON! you should try (or request for add-on) their RSC or rocksalt cheese.. just the best! :)
Coco and Serenity forever!
I would love to see kuya Ryan bang and ate Jessica Collab 💯💯💯
I really like serenitea. Because you can really see them using tea bags when preparing your drinks, so the taste is strong. But since its hard to visit their strores where i am right now, the usual milk tea i can get is from coco.
😇 I am trying to learn Hangul by watching K Dramas. It is really fun. I love milk tea too. My favorite is Gong Cha milk tea with pearls and 100% sugar level!
my favorite here in philippines ,
macao cheesecake milktea 😍🥰🧋
and the 2nd was Dakasi ⭐ Okinawa milktea🥰
-🇵🇭
just try Dakasi ⭐😊
1. Happy Lemon
2. Macao Imperial
3. Coco
4. Papermoon
I’ve been watching this young lady’s videos for probably almost 2yrs and I keep forgetting how young and very mature she is for age, lol😉🤙🏽
But I wish you only the best for your future endeavors and health..😉🤙🏽. Keep up the good work young lady😉🤙🏽❤️ Aloha😉🤙🏽
I admire how you’re living your life right now Jessica. It seems so happy and easy ♥️
Coco is my fave and go-to milk tea store. I always order it at no ice but cold and zero sugar. I recommend their Passion Fruit as well
you should try 'maple leaf' it is seriously a great milktea shop. But personally, I love their fruitteas more.
Stronger than coffee hahahah its sooo good
For me, Coco and Serenitea are the best. Try 2 Ladies Milk Tea of Coco!
1. DAKASI ㅠㅜ
2. Happy Lemon
3. Coco
4. Gongcha/Serenitea
5. Macao
For me, it really tastes so good 😍
In Coco Milk Tea, you can try, 2 Ladies Flavor and 3 Buddies Flavor 😍
If it's Gong Cha, House Special Wintermelon Milk Tea is their best milk tea tbh. Like, every person I introduce it to, it eventually became their new fav. Even my cousin who hates Gong Cha, but when she tasted HS Wintermelon, she has been ordering it whenever we go out.
Miss jessica I enjoy watching your videos alwys be safe roaming around manila..😍😍
I like D'Cream since college. Its the cheapest milk tea and I love their Jasmine Milk Tea.
In taiwan, i once bought Coco Milk Tea with shot of RUM mix on it. Coz its winter time. With the rum make your body temperature go high.
You should try Dakasi too. Its gooooood. But Serenitea is the best for me among the 5 you tried.
Milk tea with potato corner 🥰🥰 loveee! I love Gong Cha’s pearl too, i usually order 25 sugar level or 20. You gotta taste that teaaa man
Try Cha Tuk Chak's Biscoff. Its my faaaave.
My favorite milk tea in the Philippines is still Mc Donalds wintermelon milktea .... so delicious and the black pearls is awesome!
Gong Cha for me! Brown Sugar Milk Tea. 50% sugar and 2 scoops of powder. I don't like my milk tea milky, if that makes sense! Haha. I like a strong tea taste, that's why I always ask to put only 2 scoops of powder. 👌
My favorites are milk teas from either Gong Cha or LiHo. I tried other brands but I still go back to any of these two.
Try Taste from the Greens, they use fresh milk. Also try KOI from Singapore. They only have 1 branch here in the Philippines, at SM North Annex.
I like Tiger Sugar, very similar to milk teas in Taiwan :-)
My top 5 best bobas are
1. Coco
2. Chatime
3. Macao
4. Happy Lemon
5. Serenitea
1st - Macao
2nd -Happy Lemon
3rd - Dakasi
Gong cha for meeeee ung pinaka standard na flavor lang dhil malalasahan mo tlga ung tea sa Milk Tea at nakakarelax tlga..
As for me...
1. Dakasi
2. Happy Lemon
3. Serenitea
Serenitea is also my favourite
You can order it with mild ,moderate and srong tea level
And sugar with what you want level 0 to 100 %
If you visit Cagayan de Oro City, the best milktea here is Chingkee Tea! it's a very local brand & they started the milktea trend here ;)
how about happylemon and dakasiiii 🥲🥲
part 2 plssss huhu
I really love milktea and I'm coincidentally drinking it right now. . heheh. cause it's favorite. maybe I will have an option by watching this. Kinda crave for potato corner sour cream flavor and Jessica is right. Kinda little pricy.
hope pag uwe ni ni Moy collab ulit kyo. huhuhu. missing your content in Sokor.
You should try Tastes from the Greens. It's the best milktea shop in Pampanga and Bulacan!
Done watching today Korean vlogger who lives in Philippines 💜🇵🇭💜
Hana cho
Jessica lee
Have you tried Dakasi? It's one of my fave too and yeah, Gong Cha is rly tasty tbh. It's my top tier along with Dakasi
Serenitea: Wintermelon Flost with Nata
Coco: Salty Cream Wintermelon
Cha tu chak’s milk tea is the best for me. I don’t know if they’re still operational. Haven’t seen them opened since the pandemic
Coco for me. Their white pearl milktea is my favorite. I like Chatime too.
