Looks yummy Chef J.O., I agree all the way, you have made eating soo much better and enjoying. At work, you have made less stressful trying to figure out lunch. Your are amazing! Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do. Trying this today😊 Looking forward to the next meet. Chef. Have a wonderful day.
This is the absolute best, could you try desserts in the future, that are low in calories and high in protein. I hope I am not asking too much😅 I just think its wonderful how you simplify everything, I am so inspired. Meal prep does not have to be hard or expensive💌
Been following your recipes for a bit now and they've helped me in losing some weight and eating amazing at the same time. How wide & tall is the pan you're using? Would a 32cm wide by 7cm tall pan be enough for this and similar single-pan mealprep recipes?
You make the best meal prep recipes. You’ve honestly made it so easy for me to eat good meal preps. Everyone at work is always jealous 😅
Really appreciate that! Thank you

Another fab recipe...i feel kasuri methi makes every recipe delicious, you just need a little bit of it to enhance... Thank you Chef Jack 💕💕💕💕
Thank you, Smita. Kasuri methi makes a world of difference. Such a great ingredient

Looks pretty darn tasty Chef Jack
Thanks Joey!
@@PrepItByCJO made it 2 nights ago….followed along in my kitchen. Paused between steps. I felt like a chef how it turned out
Looks so good. Great recipe!
Thank you so much
Thanks for the recipe chef. My aloo and gobi were too raw after 25 minutes. Would you recommend turning up the heat or cook for longer maybe 45 mins?
This looks delicious! If I wanted to add peas at what step would I do that so they don't get totally smushed and would I add frozen or par cooked?
Thank you! If you wanted to add peas, add them right at the end and mix them through. Id say frozen
