Luv the futuristic design of the frame, without that support beam! Full of modern features which is great to see, and the lock, unlock option via the app is soo cool! Undoubtedly a head turner Chris and a, very nice city ebike. 👌👍
I got Urtopia and got stolen unfortunately thanks for the review but quick question Urtopia vs JOIEEM EBIKE-X ? which one would you vote for, I know it might be difficult Thanks a lot for your effort
Sorry that's the boat rigging in the wind. I think next time it's a little windy (like every day here) I'll move to an area with out annoying boat noises! I don't like voice overs so left the original audio. Apologies for the noise.
The design is nice, i like it. Maybe the handlebar feels a bit cheap plastic. One gear only is cool by one side, but if you ever happen to ride a climb when the ebike got no battery, I guess you have to ask for an hitchride. 😅 I know, I know, it's a worst case scenario... Well, I guess the price will be rather high (2K+), considering the design and the features...
The plastic feels okay but this is only the first build basically a prototype i have reviewed the final version will be better. As for the single speed belt deive yes plenty of pros but the big con is if you have some big hills to climb you'll miss having gears!
@@Techtablets I received a newsletter and the price is dropped down to 1,199$, 200 units limited edition, for people subscribed on their facebook group. The price is actually good!
Does this bike come with suspension or have any that have any? Looking for a ebike and the price for this seems like a steal. However, I need some sort of suspension.
i have seen 2 reviews about this bike now however none going into depth about the locking mechanism. Is only the stearing column locked or is maybe something else
Design and electronics are interesting and innovative. BUT, other parts look to be quite cheap and not any high quality as I would expect from quality built bike. -Belt drive is really good, but you don't use Gates Carbon which is best available belt system. -Cable discs are not what I would like use in my bike. Why not fully hydraulic brakes? -No gears and rear hub motor? WTF? Is this reason of the design? I would prefer middle motor with over 60Nm torque and Enviolo rear hub with gears.... And yes, still belt driven, Gates Carbon belt and sprockets. -Your handlebar is nice and innovative, but looks little too narrow. Is angle of brakelevers even adjustable? -About that saddle height adjustment. Why didn't you use dropperpost in it? Easy and simple to use 👍🏻
@@Techtablets I'm thinking to buy philodo h8, awd, 1000w for each hub motor . But this thing with mid drive engine superiority.. They say they actually overheat less often, and more natural

Sure is a head turner it was hard to review it without people asking me what bike it was. How is the range and other stuff 🤣
@@Techtablets 😆👍
Keep up the good work as always. Bless you.
Thanks for watching.
Nice bike and review. The bike has excellent lines and lights are pretty cool.
Very cool these lights. Plus great at night for safety.

thanks for the review but quick question
Urtopia vs JOIEEM EBIKE-X ?
which one would you vote for, I know it might be difficult

I keep forgetting, but what camera do you use again for the first person POV shots of you while riding on the bike?
Hi, I use a GoPro Hero 11 Black. Thanks for watching!
My concern is the service support in Europe especially in Netherlands. Are the parts and accessories readily available?
I don't have that info sorry. I was sent this loan bike to review and that info you'll need to ask them.
The big problem with this is that you can't adjust the handle bars, so not sure if I will fit comfortably
Yes unfortunately you can't change that it's just how it is with this design.
Great review but What's that knocking sound in the background of the narration?

Pricing i think also about 2k

@@Techtablets yes, the MSRP. But for Facebook group subscribers (200) there's huge discount as early birds. Honestly this price tempts me...
Okay thanks wow yes $1199 is very good for the first 200 units.

Nope, no suspension on this bike.
Can you unlock the higher speeds after purchasing through manufacturer?
I'm not sure on that one, there maybe a way but I don't know it. Hopefully they will allow it.
One step closer to Tron light cycle
Haha yes it is!
What phone were you using when showing the app that had no cut out for the front camera?
That was the Redmi K30 Pro zoom. Old phone now but still awesome 😎
@@Techtablets I wish the popup selfie cameras stayed around a bit longer. I miss mine from my f2 pro
@@Techtablets That's a shame, I was hoping someone made a new one with a pop up camera, thanks.
@@NotSam532 I'm still using my Mi 9t Pro 😂
We do need a new pop up camera phone 100%!
I am concern about replacement parts...like the battery's life before replacing.
If they do things right they will have a stock of replacement parts for the bikes for warranty support and sales.
i have seen 2 reviews about this bike now however none going into depth about the locking mechanism. Is only the stearing column locked or is maybe something else
It doesn't lock it, just the battery lock.
Which phone is that? (to demonstrate the bike-app)
This, want to know too

Excellent review but the fatal RUclipsr failing: using the emphasis “do” and “does” way too often 😖
😖😖😖Argh now that you say it... I didn't know. It's unscripted all my videos are.
@@Techtablets The do’s and does are an easy trap to fall into…. but at least there are no um’s and ah’s. Otherwise great reporting 😍

Please don't take him just because you can

Need to know the price - that will make or break it!
Not sure on the price my guess is 2-3k.
Well on the facebook group if you sign up the first 200 units will cost $1199 someone just commented so there we go not a bad early bird price.
Are u only reviewing Ebikes ?
Lol you looked in my channel??? I review tablets, phones, yes ebikes, mini PCs all sorts of tech. If i only reviewed phones i would be bored 🥱
@@Techtablets no no, I meant are you only reviewing ebikes what about regular bikes?
Wow, nice design!
Very nice design indeed. Super modern.
I like it.
Same very modern but the light strip is really good for safety at night. Looks flashy but serves a purpose.
Thanks Much !.......
Thanks 👍
I always hear that mid-drive e bikes are way better and efficient than hub motor ones
They normally are yes but more expensive and more prone to issues like overheating. Also more expensive everything has it's pros and cons.

IN BREAKING, DID YOU USE THE TWO BREAKS?
Ah yes I did why?
@@Techtablets mine breaks better with two, one is almost impossible to slow down when speeding. At least I now know it's normal. Thanks
Okay :)
How much this bike when I purchase here in Vancouver Canada
Check the link in the descript for the crowd funding link.
if price will be $1200 it is not so bad, but for the money i can build 48V 500W 15Ah e-bike on Shimano Deore..
I like how it looks chunky
Same i like the look of it and style with the frame. Very modern but not crazy going for carbon fiber or super extreme frame.
Very nice bike and great review.
Thanks for watching!
What about Suspensions??
None
It looks nice.
Rides as good as it looks.
no adjustable handlebars is a deal breaker

We don't know yet, but my guess is 2-2.5k it will not be cheap with all these tech packed into it.

what's the price
I think about $1800
