I loved the Brawler because it looked so good; I used it mainly for off road races believing it to be an awesome off roader...... and then I got a hold of the Vagrant. I couldn't believe it, it out-performed the Brawler in every single way.

Brandon Helliker The Deluxo is a great option to kill an oppressor mk2 but it doesn’t have countermeasures and is slow while flying, and it only takes 1 missile to blow it, you’ll need to have some elite skills to dodge those missiles, go to the downtown area where the tallest Maze Bank building is, fly around those buildings and you might be able to dodge those missiles and fight back.
@@yanielcamacho2725, and thats were you're wrong, its pretty easy to fly "perfecly" with the deluxo, just try to be the at the same altitude as the depressor (deluxo can climb and get down faster than the opressor, no problem at all) and keep the deluxo's front bumper pointing at the broomstick mk2 (easy as hell), as long as you dont suck with the deluxo you can take down any vehicle in the game

Originally the deluxe is 4.7 million.. also you need a bunker and mobile operation center. So if you want the deluxo, with missiles, you gonna spend around 8-9 million.
Ran a trophy truck thru the same part of the drain and had about the same results tho if he went a little further out it would drown due to the water getting deeper but the trohpy truck is about 200k less for about the same thing less customization and it felt like it handled better off-road. Keep in mind it ran well for me and it may handle diffrently for others
The brawler has a feature that if you fully upgrade the performance parts it pushes the front end up and stops it from sinking same with the comet safari but the engine is in the back
Plus if you somehow can't get a lazer out the military base just buy one of the hangars there which the cheapest os like 2 million something which is much better than the 6.5 mil and only get 2 stars
I'd say Vagrant is one of the best in overall categories and I use it way more than the outlaw but the suspension on the outlaw is a bit better than the vagrant
The moc is pretty op, it’s 1.2+ million and it takes 66 rockets to explode and it has like 3 turrets on it and a garage inside to customise your cars in it
