Here at peninsula high school in gig harbor WA we started a new tradition of the peninsula brass quintet playing a canadian brass piece it started last year with them playing killer tango now im a senior in high school and am joining replacing one of the four seniors that left last year and we are playing this beautiful piece thank you so much canadian brass quintet

we’re playing this in a quintet i’m currently in and (speaking from a hornist’s perspective) it’s such a pain to play correctly, but it really is without a doubt beautiful.
A brilliant composition. Very pretty and emotional. I actually got super into this piece while listening and found myself tearing up a little bit. It feels like a love poem. Bravo.
