- Legion is the best character (imho) in Me2. It is a pity you recruit him so late in the game. Cutscenes from Reaper IFF mission as well as Heretics mission. Check out part two (video response).

God i love legion's voice, and garrus' :p
One of the most unique voices ever. Love this game.

"I mean you. Specifically"
"We are all Geth"
"What is the invidual in front of me called?"
"There-is-no-individual. Weeee Aaaareeee Geeeth. Understooood?"
Saying it now, Legion is one of the best characters in the entire series. Simply because it's (or possibly, "their") way of thinking is so radically different than the rest of your crew, or the characters you interact with. It thinks logically, but has a few instances where its curiosity, or possibly even emotion, rear its head in conversation. Brilliant.
I like how at 4:32 when Shepard puts his hand out legion just goes "what the hell is he doing"
can someone pls explain me where he says "our home is where we are our place of origin is not relevant only where we choose to go together" ive been looking for that for days and i cant find it in the actual game.

@tommysicklovesong Deralict Reaper IFF mission near the end. You can either recruit him so he can spout Anonymous references whilst running around with a anti-material sniper rifle or sell him for profit.
Next to Clank from...Ratchet and Clank Legion stands as one my most favorite robots in history, his or rather Their probably the most compelling character in the series.

shep: are you going to attack me

bioware does a good job of telling what kind of character the person is with the first line
@Matty85uk I misread your question earlier. I think you have to. Loyalty missions usually don't trigger until at least one other mission is completed. Not too sure though. Long time since I played the main game.
I give props to the PC folk who can get legion right away I mean if I want legion right away a basicly have to sacrafice the whole crew in the end game due to not reaching them in time
@ravenwind137 I believe it was officially stated somewhere that the design of those flaps were to mimic human eyebrows, so yes. He was lifting his "eyebrow" in surprise to see Shepard.
I actually kind of like the way you made your Shepard look!
Mine always has something weird about him that I just can't get past... so it always ruins my cutscenes :(
0:36 ... lol, they could have had Legion blatantly doing some form of Geth whistle as he worked with four or so Husk zombies coming up behind him, that would have been funny.

It's a shame Tali doesn't get unique dialog during Legion's loyalty mission. Everything she says is the generic stuff the 3rd squad member is supposed to say. What a rip.
Really, the only time the 3rd squad member actually affects a loyalty mission is when you take Legion to the Migrant Fleet. It actually has quite a few unique scenes in the courtroom.

The reason I like Legion a lot is because conversing with him is very reminiscent of the high-minded dialogue in Deus Ex (not the new one).
does anyone notice that when Legion first meets Shephard, his name already says "Legion" despite the fact that he wasn't named that yet? ;P
first time he said "shepard commander" i was like i lurvvvvvvv
@Vubilica yeah but I wouldn't be so harsh on the quarians though. They got the hottest girl in the game in their species lol
@JKno1 Yes. Because the body you see is just a mobile platform. The "real" Legion are 1183 programs that reside inside it.

@Pitchaxistheorem I can't pick a favorite, but Jacob and Miranda are my least favorite so far.
Do you have to do any missions in between waking Legion up to getting legions loyalty mission.
@tommysicklovesong You pick him up on one of the non-optional missions so you can't miss him.
@Cravin9741 Hmm... it seems it found his armor when shepard died and used the armor to repair itself. It seems it has been through a tough fight during the last two years. I believe these group of geth looks up to shepard as some sort of hero.
I can't help but wonder if this Legion was in some way inspired by the Legion from Red Dwarf. The concepts of both characters are remarkably similar
A FREE DL content to fix the game wouldn't even sway me at this point.

Yes he is... I tried myself but he said them geth needed to have a consensus

Legion and Mordin were the only compelling characters for me in the Mass Effect series. Every other character seemed either shallow, cut from a mold, or just boring.
Couldn't think of a good name so i guess this is it Garrus and Tali?
