However when people calmly and slowly present me with reasons to look at my actions or thoughts in a way that comes off as caring I have been motivated to think critically about myself. Maybe they're out there, but my experience was definitely that the young anger in the music just spoke to other young angry people and wasn't some catalyst for change.
