Who pays for the ads using this method? Does client pay via their own ads account or do you pay via the the business manager account for all your clients? What I’m getting at, is it like Facebook business manager where client pays or different?

From what I understood, Your client must have a Google Ads account (we have to somehow manage their ads). If clients have got their ad account, they just see their ID, same like you. About payment, there is a section about billings and payments within "preferences" section. Last but not least, you can create a new account for yourself, but if you want to manage someone's other account, there is no need for that.

client pays for the ad spend, your service fee and the ad spent are totally different and you have no relation to the ad spend money. Another thing, make sure the client sets up the billing first and then you add them to your google manager account

Your video left off a lot of information on creating new accounts. You talked about linking existing accounts but what about when a client doesn't have an account? You'd click on create a new account. Do you still have to get some kind of approval from the potential client? How doess that work?

@Emre Kanca Each account could have specified payment profile, basically you could complete the payment method details on each account when you are creating them, here in ads manager you can manage them. although you are always able to have a payment profile for each account as you decide and you need to do some configuration in that term.

You can use your Manager account to become a Manager of other accounts. You get to manage campaigns and clients can maintain ownership of their ad accounts.

Spent hours with Google today to figure out why I could not access GMB locations in location extensions. Changing the Owner from No to Yes on Managers tab is what I was missing! Any other information on extensions would be great.
