Hello. That’s very cool. Although my wall clock was 11:15 am and I think I recorded this video on Tuesday. I always wonder if anyone pays attention to the clock behind me. I’ve thought about moving It a few times but I’ve decided to leave It there for now.

I am catching up on missed videos while unpacking and organizing. First, I checked USPS the package I sent early on July 3rd arrived at the Surprise Post Office about 10 am July 5th. Second, I enjoyed this video. It is inspiring seeing what others are working on. I am eager to unpack my various unfinished projects so that I can finish them. I will send an email when that happens.
Thank you for letting me know. It’s Friday the 5th just past noon. I know I won’t make It to the post office today so I’ll head up early next week. The post office is closed on the weekend and while I have access for a short bit of time on Saturday there’s nobody there if the package doesn’t fit in my box. It’s fun to see what everyone is working on. Maybe someone will be inspired to start a new project based on what is shared. Feel free to share the WiP you’re most excited to finish.
I am watching The Great British Menu. It's a competition for chefs and then the prize is they get to cook for a special event. It's free on the Tubi App. It's pretty funny from an American stand point because it's always a side of mashed peas or beet something 👀😲 definitely not our style but fun to watch them dig into their history and culinary history to meet the challenge. Also they show the areas the chefs are from so for me travel I'll never get to take and food? Yes, please. Beautifully shot around Briton, Wales and Scottish countryside. Very nice background company indeed! I think you did great on the show and tell! Very inspiring!
Cooking shows are fun. The British’s bake off or cook off type shows feel more “real” than some of ours. I’m like you. Enjoy the outdoor scenes because I’ll “never” be there and I’ll definitely never eat the food. I love mashed peas and mashed carrots among many other mashed/smashed veggies. A nice change from spuds all of the time. I ran out of potatoes once when making shepherd’s pie for dinner. On the missing half I made mashed carrots. After that I had to have both taters and carrots as part of the pie for ever more.
