Other than pod racing, what kinds of sports were available in the Star Wars galaxy? Were there movies or entertainment mentioned anywhere? Is there collector nerds in the Star Wars galaxy?
So when did the _'no relationship'_ rule come in? After all, Force sensitivity is apparently genetic, so becoming a Jedi effectively removes you from the gene pool. It obviously wasn't a rule on Typhon, assuming that there were enough of each species to avoid inbreeding. When the rules came in was it only relationships that were banned? Could Jedi offspring of one night stands be an acceptable occurrence? And what of species that have fundamentally different reproductive to Humans… such as spores or parthenogenesis, or even spawning pools. After all Human religious orders with no relationship _and no sex_ rules that are also in charge of unaccompanied children tend to have some issues.

Republic: Each planet controlled their own people, but anything involving interplanetary relations would be decided by the Galactic Senate. CIS: There was a Senate, but most power was in the hands of individual planet. The Senate seemed to be in charge of peace talks with the Republic, but I do not know what else they could do. Empire: Planetary Governors answered to Moffs, who answered to Grand Moffs, who answered to the Emperor. The Imperial Senate was just a gathering of figureheads, as Palpatine wanted all the power for himself. The Grand Vizier, Grand Admiral, and Grand Moff ranks were made so that the power in the Empire could be concentrated in the hands of a few individuals that Palpatine could personally control. Rebellion: They were divided into cells with their own leaders, so that the loss of a few individuals would not ruin the Rebellion's fighting capability. When they gathered together the cell leaders would form a council.
You have 2 things backwards. The encounter with the Rakatan came first, then the Je'dii. And war first republic and the Tion empire before the Jedi joined, and before the legion of lewitt. In the time of the Legion there was no lightsabers, just force embalmed swords. One of the pictures you showed was the first battle between the Old Republic and the Sith species and the ancient with lord's (exiled Jedi from 200 years before). It's all in the books: Star Wars complete history of the Jedi the Sith in the force. As will as in: Star Wars the complete history of Galactic. Warfare

But then he dressed like that to imitate the local crazy-hermit fashion so as to blend in with the locals. If he was trying to hide from the empire for 20 years, why would he wear traditional Jedi regalia? When Episode1 was announced I was hoping for a totally new look for REAL Jedi. So dissapoint.

Seeing these videos about the history of starwars only makes me dislike the new movies even more. Soo much history and content to make stories out of. So much depth that was passed over. I wish Generation Tech had the rights and budget to make future starwars movies and shows.

Well casual sex was actually encouraged, as it was great to relieve stress. However you were not allowed to stay in relationships with those people.
