For the Jelly Fruit Salad 🍇🍓🥝
2 Bowls of Fresh Fruits (I used Mangoes, Berries, dragon fruits, grapes, kiwi)
600 ml coconut water
5 g Agar Agar Powder
1/4 cup Honey
Some Mint leaves
You can also add some lime juice to this
Simply layer the fruits in a cake tin or any bowl & add some mint leaves
Heat coconut water with agar agar & honey, bring it to a boil & pour it over the fruits.
Let it set at room temperature & then chill it for 2 hours before serving
