Hello Karen, it's Karen from Cape Breton Nova, Scotia... this Chicken Sandwich looks so good. I just found out I have celiac disease and I can't eat bread any more. The gluten free bread has a funny taste to it and I don't care for it. I was talking to a lady at the grocery store and she told me to use just plain lettuce leaves for the bun, with mayonnaise or what ever I want on it. I'm going to try it. I like simple Suppers, such as this, served with a small salad or side of onion rings, or even Good Potato chips, if it's a really simple Supper. 🙂😊 For on my Sammich : I like Dukes or Heinz Mayonnaise, sliced Avocado, sliced tomato ( sliced thin) and the crispy bacon. Every so often, I'll use Baby Swiss on it. :)

It’s very easy to make buttermilk, all you need is one cup of whole milk and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar. Mix the two together and let it sit for five minutes and you have buttermilk
