I'm glad to see someone classify them correctly as primarily being samurai backup weapons instead of the classic stealthy badass "ninja stars" most people refer to them as today. This is why I'm subscribed.

But then one stupid kid two towns over from us got injured from a wheel shuriken, so all martial arts weapons were banned less than a year later in my [former] state.
