18:13 I can speak for myself. Yes!! Guys like that won't stop until they're confronted. More power to every girl who takes a stand for the right thing. 👏👏👏
Just few months back I had to leave the organisation I was working in, it was fully male dominated and just because I had good terms with one of the fellow all the other male in the group began talking rubbish about me, they weren't just harassing me but to the one fellow who wasn't enjoying their behaviour. When I complaint it to my Manager he couldn't help me. And they wanted me to stay there untill that group under me got graduated. It was my first job, I went to POSH and ultimately for the peace of my mind I left it. Thanks Dice media to bringing up this issue, women go through it all the time and we need to take stand for each other. Kudos.
This episode 😍 awsm one. One should know how to behave with close frnds n how to behave with colleagues 😇 aisha well done u done a grt job by warning ashish 😘
Highlighting one of the important issues prevalent these days.. Good to see that Nikhat spoke and took a stand for herself .And glad to see friends like Ray supporting her like anything.. it's just not a webseries..it's more than that ..Adulting is an emotion !🤩
The person who made this really understood how it feels. I hope it's not someone who went through this but it's like they stole words from your head and put it in scenes. So enlightening and reassuring on all levels.
I think this was a very important episode.. applicable to all the women.. it needs to be observed how touches of different people can be so noticeable.. thanks to DiceMedia for portraying such an essential topic..
There're people like Ashish out there in real world & most of the girls might be questioning their own selves whether they're over reacting or how ashish's behaving is completely normal & that it ain't a big deal...It's actually such a situation that only the one in it would get it & others would just term it as "attention-seeking feminists" & what not. Hats off for putting this topic forward. It was so so needed!
*Correction. People need to understand consent & personal space/choice. Manav was understanding because he was her choice...so ye had to be... Msg out is respect choice... As there wasn't much diff in what manav was doing & what ashish was...
I think the director had shown the difference between two different type of touches is appreciative but alongwith that nikhat has performed that scene so well that we can feel the same thing with us....I mean she performed it in a very realistic manner....and her acting over here deserves appreciation..😊😊😘
Another great one! Liked the way Nikhat pulls the courage to counter Ashish, and the scene when she realizes what she did. Wow! Ray was good too, cute! Great going Maitreyee. ❤
Exactly.. Even girls need to come together if a girl speaks up don't call her an attention seeking feminist.. Girls should also really speak together and stand by
@@PratyangIraa yessss... That's true support.. I truly believe that sometimes or most of the times when women don't stand by other women, men really do
This is such a good episode. This could be used as a case study by HR in explaining the importance of POSH and how people like Ashish can be put to task. Its a good awareness video.Being a lady working in corporate we all go through something like this at one point in time in our careers and it makes us uncomfortable. We don't confront by the fear of getting "stereo-typed" and outcasted.Kudos! to bring in this here.

Good job Nikhat!!! What Ashish fails to realise is that he and nikhat dont share the same relationship as she and Manav. She did absolutely right by warning him of first, but probably the best she did was talk to Ray about it. You know, people always second guess themselves on situations like these, and Ray just went and encourages Nikahat on taking the right step. Excellent episode, today's!! Conveys a meaningful message. Brilliant work Aisha an Yashaswini, Hats off.
What I felt like the best part was that many a times these kinda men do it subtly leaving the girl wounded yet doubting if it’s all just in their heads ....kudos for bringing that out in this show...👏👏👏👏👏 as always killer episode 👌👌👌👌👌

18:13 I can speak for myself. Yes!! Guys like that won't stop until they're confronted. More power to every girl who takes a stand for the right thing. 👏👏👏
I love how the first season was so much of them having fun, and the second season is actually talking about the adult life...love it dice media ♥️♥️♥️
Manav is the best support system every girl deserves in her life❤️❤️
I want an office bestie like Viraj!!! 😭😭❤❤

The points she is explaining to Ashish are so logical and fantastic! Kudos to the entire team.

I could totally relate to Nikhats situation... We all face this at some point !! Thankyou for bringing out this topic Dice media
Adulting S2 is going really superb cool..😍..eagerly waiting for this episode since last sat😅..♥
ya i also had been waiting like crazy..its really damn good
Still It never hoina beat S1🥇
Same here 😍
Did you like this episode?
Saturdays are best becz of Adulting!!!! Love from Kerala..💓💓💓💓💕💕
My jism is for free okay......LITERALLY DIED😂😂
"ADULTING" in real sense this season is
This episode actually justified what's " Adulting" 🙌 Best Ray & Nikhat 💙
Whenever I watch this episode,
It gives me the same type of anxiety as Im watching it for the first time!
It's TRUE that you tube has more pure gems than Television
all includes direction, acting everything.
We need more understanding guys like manav
*Correction.
People need to understand consent & personal space/choice.
Manav was understanding because he was her choice...so ye had to be...
Msg out is respect choice...
As there wasn't much diff in what manav was doing & what ashish was...
I think the director had shown the difference between two different type of touches is appreciative but alongwith that nikhat has performed that scene so well that we can feel the same thing with us....I mean she performed it in a very realistic manner....and her acting over here deserves appreciation..😊😊😘
Nikhat is brave girl because she stops the nonsense guy and she make a good decision
Be a brave person ☺☺
Hi
Even brave girls are harassed. The nice guys need to step up and fight the bad ones. The nice guys need to stop being soft and docile.
@@KingshukMazumder93 i agree with you but sometime nice guy thought about his career, reputation etc etc
@@GauravKumar-gs6et agreed. But from now on, we gotta be brave. A verbal fight won't do any harm. Let's not let the bullies get away.
@@GauravKumar-gs6et if possible, please watch THE BOYS on Amazon Prime videos.

Girls should also really speak together and stand by
And their guy friend .. he offerred to change the team person and go to HR together .. thats like a man
@@PratyangIraa yessss... That's true support.. I truly believe that sometimes or most of the times when women don't stand by other women, men really do
Nowadays mostly they do stand by, dont they?
@@findingfocus796 I think so. But there will always be some people just to bring others down
We need more people like manav irl. Thank you dice media for bringing up this issue.
True. But also, manav are the kind of people who stay friendzoned for life😂
This is such a good episode.

Nikhat's acting and eyes especially when she was confronting Ashish, damn, they should be given a chance in Bollywood thrillers..

Guys you got every bit of this episode right on its place... many a times we are not comfortable with someone's behaviour... hatsoff for writing this and executing it in the same way that the nuance is not lost... hardly it happens with me that I watch a web series episode 3-4 times... this is one such... love you all for making this content
This episode is so relatable, thanks to the writers and actors for portraying this subject so well. The same thing happen to me at office and I exactly felt like Nikhat and reacted like her as well. Bravo for this episode, by far the best episode of this webseries🙏🏽❤️
Fabulous content guys - well done!! A tricky but important topic dealt with sensitivity and sensibly!! So glad we are having these conversations so people can be aware and conscious. More power to you guys - much love 😘
Incredible episode, I'm actually sharing it with some male friends because they've have questions about how do we know what's okay and where the line is. Thoroughly enjoyed this whole series of Adulting ! Hats off to the whole team involved in producing this ! #proud
best title for this episode...
NOT ALL TOUCH ARE SAME
Oofff nikkhat is a queen!! Also love ray.. too funny, Omg thank you for all the likes and the heart @dicemedia
Best episode guys. Nikhat good you took a stand. All the girls out there plz whenever you face things like this speak up. If you stay quiet others might suffer worse later and then it will be too late. Kudos to friends like ray jo support karte hai and give proper advices.

@@apoorv2498 that's even great 👍
At 2:50 My body is for free okay 😍 Ray you just nailed it 😂😜
What I felt like the best part was that many a times these kinda men do it subtly leaving the girl wounded yet doubting if it’s all just in their heads ....kudos for bringing that out in this show...👏👏👏👏👏 as always killer episode 👌👌👌👌👌
