Agreed, that when a Prosecutor offers a plea, and a defense team accepts the deal and all sides agree, that's accountability and that's the law. As part of the plea, Hunter accepted his culpability in this matter, agreeing to the plea, restrictions and restitution as directed. But James Comer, Congressional Republicans and the wild Joe Biden burr in their butts wanted to put Hunter through a trial because their Dear Loser had been put through a trial and found guilty to hurt President Biden. Does this set a prosecutorial precedent for tax evasion and falsifying gun purchase forms, that you will be formally prosecuted?
