Turmeric 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
garlic powder 1 tbsp
Lime 1 nos
1/2 hours marrinateed
Fry in coconut oil+ ghee

Boil water,add rice, cardamom 2, cloves 4, cinnamon 2
Carrot small cut1
3/4 cooked ,strained

Ghee100 gm
Coconut oil 3 tbsp
Shallots 800saute brown colour
Ginger 1 big
Garlic 2 full
Green chilli 10 paste saute 5 min
Add
Tomato 🍅 2
Garam masala 10 gm
Turmeric 1 tsp
Saute
Curd 2 tbsp
Saute
Mint leaves 50 gm
Coriander leaves 50 gm
Curry leaves 50 gm
1Coconut milk thick 50 ml
2Cashew 100 paste 1 and 2
Saute
Add fish fry
Add cooked rice
Dum10 min
Then transfer into Banana leaf
And steam
