My only mild issue with the video is that you state early on that you would only be using generic names, but then go on to refer to the different insulin types by only their trade names, with no reference to their generic names.

Haha for Picmonic anything with a negative connotation is associated with “colored” characters. They use words like “common…brittle hair” with a tone of sheer disgust. Then anything pertaining to strengthening or bulking up the system is usually highlighted in blue or pink and emphasized positively. That is picmonic.

Good point, but not completely true, according to my textbooks, as well as medical reference websites.
*Hyperthyroidism* causes increased systolic BP, but decreased diastolic BP (overall effect: systolic hypertension, widened pulse pressure), while *hypothyroidism* also causes hypertension due to its promotion of atherosclerosis/decreased flexibility of blood vessels (though hypothyroidism and hypotension can occur together in some people, notably if hypothyriodism is a consequence of anorexia).

Most of these pictures are way too complicated and not explained very well by the proctor...was this guy on speed when he recorded this? He's going 100 mph through the entire video, and the obnoxious tangents made it hard to stay focused and on track with what he's even talking about.

Hi Kirstie! There's a chance the audio went out a little bit, this webinar was recorded live so there's always a chance of running into small glitches :)

    This guy is awful
The information is spectacular, but he's screwing up every other word. It's annoying. And competly distracting. I can't focus on wheat he's teaching. I'm too focused on the misspeaking (saying the wrong hormone on several occasions, giving the wrong hormone for several abbreviations, ect.). I was about to buy the membership to picmnumonic to help with nusing school, I am very happy I decided to watch a webinar here first. I will not be buying this product. It's quite expensive, and if this is what I'd be paying for I will keep my money. I'm in nursing school and it's hard to come by. I can't justify spending that much money for poorly presented information.
