As long as the Philippines economy continues to grow in double digits YOY this business model will work but if we ever go through a global recession it'll crash like a deck of cards and alot of builders will be going out of business.

How's the sound insulation? I'm tired of staying in "luxury/high end" condos and the sound insulation is shiet. I can hear people dropping stuff, slamming stuff, dragging chairs across floor, slamming unit doors when going in and out...etc. Straight terrible sound insulation. I'm beginning to think a lot of these condos are built to look nice, but has poor sound insulation and subpar building materials.
