Great content and thanks for sharing! I enjoyed adding the effort / energy required for some of these activities! A couple corrections. Marble Mountains are 5 different mountains that can be visited in the same area, probably a 20 minute walk between each of them. They are named after the 5 elements, though I've only visited the "Water" one, which I believe is the one that was posted in the video. Tipping is absolutely appreciated in VN as well, but ensure if you're planning a trip that you have multiple smaller bills in VN dong that you can hand to someone. I had a private driver take me down to Hoi An and also stopped at the coconut groves tour (better with friends, family, or a loved one) and I only had larger bills, so I tipped the boat paddle operator, but wasn't able to tip the performers like I would have liked if I had known ahead of time. I got "rained out" of the trip I was planning to Hue, but there's always next time :D
I did a day trip. Arrived morning, leave around 4-5pm. Which was enough for me to see what I needed to see. Time efficient if you have other activities you want to do in Da Nang. This option means it is crowded because all the other tours arrive similar time, and everything is brief because you need to leave with tour at certain time. Staying within Ba Na Hills has pros and cons too. Pro is you can experience the bridge early if you stay overnight, you can go there next morning (before all the tourists arrive). And you can take time to leisurely explore and eat at the places there. Con is not much happening at night, and prices are higher for accomodation.
When I went, i was looking for something under $50 USD, and location wise near dragon bridge, two I narrowed down were Val Soleil, and White Sand Hotel. However, you should check using google maps (find area, then click hotels, filter your price range), and do the same on Agoda, to see if there's any deals for the weeks you want to stay. Hope that helps!
The only tickets I remember they were selling is if you want to take the ride up to the mountains (optional). Otherwise the walk up to Marble Mountains is free. You can arrive there and confirm. Don't need to pre-buy.
thanks for the question, yes you need: 1) international driving permit 2) motor insurance The places renting bikes may or may not check. So you can rent a bike, but if the police catch you without the items above, you run risk of a heavy fine.
Cool video.. thanks.. Da Nang looks like a great place to visit for 8 days..
thank you, you will enjoy 🙏
WOW thanks for your video. I gonna visit da nang soon. So this is really helping me a lot

Did you take a day long trip to golden bridge from Da nang dragon bridge? Or you stayed there overnight?

Could you please recommend me some hotels near Dragon bridge food court and big shopping malls ?

I just searched Marble Mountains and they are selling tickets. Video said it's free, so maybe they just changed it recently?

do you need an international driver's license so you will be able to rent their scooter?
