Very good (hello kitty) :) The rainbow scraps are already gone. But if you want to try to make some yourself: you just need the "Keda wood dye" set (with that you can mix all colors) and some figured maple veneer (from a wood veneer shop). Shouldn't be too expensive. The colored veneer could also be put in a picture frame at the end
I may be wrong, but I think the theremin is great for what is currently being played on bass and 8 string guitars, I mean djent. That is, it can perform the same function, but in electronic music. The high tones of the theremin do not sound very good, but the low tones ... the growl of the beast. It would be possible to try to lower the tone even lower

The high notes can be annoying, yes. It surely is possible to dial in a gnarly bass synth sound when using a CV connection to an external synth :)
