This particular Mac user found your tutorial extremely easy to follow and most useful. However, I'm a bit stuck over an inserted PNG icon which is meant to move from left to right stopping at a certain point. So I've drawn a Path Animation using Lines but, and unlike your cartoon creatures resting at the end point, my icon, after the animation keeps popping back to the start point. Thanks, in anticipation, for any help you can offer.

What an absolute plonker... just occurred to me that it had to be reviewed in Slideshow rather then Auto-preview!

Michael, I was looking before your reply and thought it might be an advanced EFFECT OPTION called "Auto-Reverse." I am glad you figured this out on your own that in the working view, it does just flip back to the start (for future edits) and that the real animation only happens when running the slide show. Even through you solved this on your own, I am dropping this in just in case someone else stumbles on this and needs to know all the possibilities.

Michael, I am pleased that this was helpful plus more so that you solved your own issues (see below). Good luck on your PowerPoint journey!

Really appreciate your thoughtfulness in responding and so promptly. I'm now easing myself into the Morph tutorial. I've really wanted to learn PowerPoint - it would be such a useful tool in my graphic design kit - but would end up struggling to follow tutorials particularly when focusing on Windows users alone. So many thanks and keep up the good work.

RUclips video listings can get overwhelming. I have "reorganized" all my PowerPoint training videos by topic and levels on my website to make it easier to learn specific topics. This may help www.power-up.training/training/powerpoint/

Cool stuff. Can you please tell me how can I activate the animation with the navigation action of the current slide to the next without having to press the right button twice ???

If you want an animation to start when a slide shows up on the screen, select the first object to animate and look for "START" and then from the dropdown menu, select WITH PREVIOUS.
@Fuerox amino, let me know if this works!
