Wow, this was so inspiring! It's remaniscent of basket weaving but with a hot glue gun. There's so much you can do. You could give it a bottom and house it on a table top, or nightstand. You could cover the outside with decorative paper! This shelf base could act as an armature .... You might try to build a super tall one to house paint brushes, or a tall, less attractive flower vase.. Please show us more!
I have a whole box full of popsicle sticks that have just been sitting around for years. Never knew what to make with them. This is a perfect use for them! Thanks for the video!
This is amazing! I was actually thinking of doing these out of wood for my daughters 1st birthday since I'm doing a rustic bee theme and I wanted to use these as cupcake holders but you just gave me a cheaper and easier way to make them. Such a great trick thanks
this is amazing! this is sooo pretty and creative I've watched other honeycomb shelf videos, and this one is by far my favorite! Keep up the good work! 👌👌👌👍
I need shelving, but on a super tight budget. I can, however, afford a glue gun, the glue and the popsicle sticks to make this. Thank you for the idea. Add to it, spray paint if you want a splash of color! Love it.
This is really cool. Love the idea! :) By adding one after another, you can make also a lampshade with that! I'm sure I'll try that later. Thanks a lot for sharing.
i really liked this, its so simple easy to understand, and it looked great especially after you chose to join them together, nice job well done! i would have those in my house.
I was thinking how to make shelves without spending a lot buying IKEA shelves and getting a carpenter to do it... I saw this one and it's really motivating, I know I can do the same hehehe
It’s nice to see Rihanna doing DIY stuff when she has free time

+iamchipo Where did you purchase the popsicle sticks from?
I purchased them from the craft store
Yea... I drove around to many different craft stores before finding them at Michaels...
I love it :) ! if I wanted to paint it, what type works best on popsicle sticks? I only have spray paint and acrylic
If I were you, I would use acrylic paint but any long - lasting permanent paint is fine :)
any paint works just fine but am so lazy and I would go for spray paint.
