INGREDIENTS Ø 15cm / 6 inch
90g ( 3.2 oz ) biscuits
40g ( 3 Tbsp ) melted butter
150g ( 5.3 oz ) white chocolate
200g ( 7 oz ) cream cheese
50g ( 1/4 cup ) sugar
1 tsp vanilla beans paste or vanilla extract
10g ( 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp ) cornstarch / corn flour
200g ( 1/2 + 1/3 cup ) sour cream
13g ( 1 Tbsp ) lemon juice
2 eggs
100g ( 3.5 oz ) frozen raspberries
Powdered sugar / icing sugar
