It'd have to be. I can only imagine the effort it takes to fight the condition he has to not only get that high and forceful, but to make it gutterally growl too. Pretty sure too that if he tried to do it consistently it'd only continue to tear at his voice instead of repairing itself against that kind of abuse like it normally would.

If he can't talk after screaming it means he isn't good at screaming. You can scream without hurting your voice, think death metal and the way they do it. Yiu gotta relax the larynx and limit air flow and not pressure your chest while do it to protect your voice

Yeah, gerd does weaken the vocal cords. Screaming probably doesn't help, but I imagine music makes him happy and is his outlet so he's not going to let that stop him. Just another instance/example of something great materializing from something unfortunate. I hope that doesn't seem insensitive... He definitely deserves the recognition for his music.

It's not a big of a deal... MGK's voice and Corpse's screams are pretty similar so it's hard to tell which one did the screams especially if you didn't listen to some specific songs of Corpse where he screams

MGK is my favorite artist and coincidentally Corpse is my second so when they announced this song I got SO hyped and when they dropped the song I listened to it 7 times back to back cause both of there music is great.
MGK with his flow switches, MGK's fast whisper rapping, Corpse screaming in the background, MGK rapping and having Corpse end the rhymes... Just everything about the song is great.

I had a feeling you might enjoy the production in this one lol. The bandmates are pretty dope and deserve credit as well cause I don't feel like they get enough sometimes😂. I believe it was SlimXX, BazeXX and MGK who produced this. And for those who don't know... they produce a lot of MGKs music...
This was my first intro to Corpse. This was definitely different than anything else I have ever heard before. I'm loving it, but would not want to be anywhere near a mosh pit if this came on 😂😂.
MGK is so versatile.. it's nice to see when people finally appreciate what many of us already knew for a while lol.
Not saying you (Knox) hasn't acknowledged it previously, but after seeing more than a few reactions to this in comparison to other MGK tracks, the commentary towards Colson has shifted on a lot of channels and so has the comments section.

I agree, a lot of people stopped supporting MGK after the diss track... But are loving this, so he made a good choice 😊. Corpse has real potential and I'm happy they did this. I mean RUclips is full of good music artists; however, I can definitely see *him* making it mainstream - if that's what he chooses... Since Corpse Husband's 'E-Girls are ruining my life' has jumped to #2 globally in Spotify's list of Viral 50 songs. I hope they collaborate some more. They mesh well together.

In terms of Corpse's music, "E-Girls Are Ruining My Life" is his biggest song right now but personally I'd say in terms of sound and lyrical content "Miss You" is all around solid, "Never Satisfied" showcases some more of his actual rapping ability as well as his screaming voice, and "agoraphobic" is super lo-fi and a much more personal/vulnerable song. All of his music is very short, around the 2 minute mark or less (agoraphobic is the longest at around 2:10 but almost half of the song is instrumental). There's really not a wrong choice when it comes to checking out his stuff, though.

Corpse has gerd, along with quite a few other medical problems, which include E-Girls! 😉 Kidding of course, but he really does have some awful medical shit going on that seriously impacts his life. I’ve listened to corpse narrating true horror stories for YEARS, well before listening to him was THE thing to do, & I am so glad he’s finally getting the recognition that he has long deserved! I’m SO happy he was able to get on a track with MGK, get a billboard in Times Square & have you react to his music!! As always, great content!
