I’m a junior in high school and this really helped me out with what I want to major in. I want to go to med school but be more well rounded than the average bio major.
Thank you so much for this. I am a junior in high school and planning on attending a top class medical program. Hearing that Bio-Engineering provides into many medical programs, I am very interested and looking forward to researching these schools, and their specific programs.
Hi, I'm a senior considering BME for Major. thank you very much for the video. This is helpful. Did you mention the other univerisites in the order of top to bottom in their ranking/popularity for BME?
Good video. i am a parent from India. You should also consider some affordable universities in USA for middle class students from India for doing Masters in Biomedical Engineering. Is Texas and Florida having the most affordable universities?
hey Im a junior in Highschool and i would like to know if i take BME and end up like something i learnt such as mechanical eng....Can i specialize further after getting my BME degree...and would this be good on a resume
@@jasonpatel13 I mean if I take BME which u said is multidisciplinary... let’s say I fall in love with mechanical engineering after being introduced to it in that program .... can I take it afterwards or like change majors ? But if I have both BME and Mechanical engineering degrees, will that be good on a resume ?
@@chelseavlogz22 that will depend on your school. Generally, if you commit to BME as a freshman but fall in love with ME as a sophomore, you can switch. But if you switch as a junior or senior, you might need to take extra classes each semester or stay in college for another year. Your school’s credit requirements will dictate this.

@@casonhancock4645 They're both excellent schools. One isn't naturally "better" than the other, in this case. What I think it comes down to is location and resources. Do you want to work at a company during the school year or be around tons of industry? Choose Columbia. Are you ok with working summers and then moving away after your four years? Choose WashU.
