He should of played more this season. It was kels along with gus that saw us over the line in the last 6 games last season. He allowed Gus to express himself as he rarely mis places a pass and his sense of positioning is 2nd to none. Very underrated player. A top pro on and off the field and if this is his last season he will go down as a club legend. It would of just been a nice fairytale if we'd gone up to the prem to have our captain ever present playing through all 4 divisions.

@@toddcutts667 well you're in the minority m8. Did he or did he not play decent the last 6 games last season when sheaf was injured. Our win percentage with kels playing is significantly higher. The proof of the pudding and all that. I bet you're one of these that reckon kitching should play instead of binks because of his aggression despite costing us enough points to make the top 6.
@@toddcutts667 btw if he was so shit how comes Ribins said there was loads of interest in kels in January but it was mutually decided for our real captain to stay put. Maybe if Robins actually played him more in the league in and around the FA Semi his leadership skills and setting an example would of got us the points needed to go into the Hull game with confidence and more points on the board. With west broms recent collapse we have messed up a bit here and not utilised the squad more. We've burnt out to many key players in the engine room and have failed to use Kels and Torp evenly in line with Eccles and Sheafo.??

Tbf the card against Wednesday on boxing days was bollocks, he put his hands up when a player went to butt him, the other two weren't entirely his fault, the midfield didn't close the opposition down, leaving him isolated.
