for those confused, the guys with the M4 looking rifles are UKSF, they dont use the SA80's because 'unreliable' or some sh--. that is a either a Colt Canada C8 carbine or a (at the time called) Diemaco L119A2 assault rifle, key difference is, the handguard is more secure and the rail-fluidity between the upper reciever and handguard is locked in by 2 points, keeping your ZERO of sights and lasers straight as ever
UKSF don't use the SA80 for loads of reasons. They need something that has more versatility and modularity so they can change set ups quickly and regularly as well as be used both outdoor AND indoors easily. They don't need the benefits a SA80 gives like compactness and increased accuracy at range as well as the negatives it gives like not being ambidextrous, being rather heavy and not particularly ergonomic.
