Would love to see a what I eat in a day video and one to one carb to protein meal ideas.
Yes that would be great
This was so helpful for me. This practical guideline is lifechanging. Thank you!
I truly knew I was dying some years back, probably close to developing diabetes when I turned to low carb and then keto and now more carnivorous type of diet, some little peccadilloes allowed now and then. Intermittent fasting as well most of the time.
I stopped seeing doctors treat my many comorbidities and I don't take those unwanted meds too. I lost 35+ kilos very fast and now I only use butter mostly to cook with.
Awesome!

@@Noor-jw2tn I've done years of O.O priorly and I know it did not work as good as Animal fat which is more akin to our species if we were to do an analogy; thanks anyway.
I had never heard the meal threshold concept before. Just had a lunch with pasta that stayed below my daily carb goal but had way more than 40g of carbs. Came straight to the gym to work them off!
(Btw, love your work!)
Excellent video. Thank you for getting the information out!
Excellent video
Wow... The best information. ThnQ💐
Awesome clarification!🌺
And the kind of carbs doesn’t matter, or just the quantity?
Im 54, 5.11 and 12st. I lose weight easily and am trying to bulk up. I used to weight train regularly until Covid struck but am now looking to start training again.I have an extremely active job in construction so I eat carbs with every meal to keep my energy levels up as I don't want to lose weight. Am I doing the correct thing? Thanks
I’m confused by the statement that skeletal muscle prefers fatty acids…
For low intensity fat is fine as energy. For gym glucose is essential for muscles
@@DarkoFitCoach *Incorrect. Sustained High intensity exercise for a long duration requires glucose. Building muscle in the gym does not require glucose. If you are fat adapted, you will do just fine in the gym. Muscles only require stimulus, protein and sleep in order to grow*
@@romanhoax9014 ok buddy i am sure u are jacked and can give good advice. Keep eating keto and hitting the weights buddy
I'm a 150 lb male and easily crest 400g of carbs per day on a bulk. Even when cutting, I'm seldom below 300g.
140g of carbs a day is basically like keto to me lol. I eat oatmeal, whole grains, whole potatos, and tons of fruits & vegetables every day. What am I supposed to eat? Bacon?
I am the same. Gor gym goers keto is suboptimal. Muscles require glucogen and not fats when doing lifting (anaerobic)
Usually I just listen, not looking at the video, so you displaying your tattoos is not so much an issue, for I am not here to see your looks anyway. However, I have seen your body art and I admit that I care not to see it. Likewise, the Botox enhancements are rather egregious.
Get a life man.
You are a creep.
@@sylviaking8866 Sure I am as you stalk my commenting. Almost like you are projecting onto me that of which you are doing? Time for you to maybe reach out to a therapist?
Yes, everyone around you is forming an opinion of you when they see you as you present yourself. Just because they do not verbalize it to you does not mean that they are accepting of your choice of presentation. I just happen to be one that is willing to tell my truths. You may be a coward, and you obviously expect males to be cowards... hahaha... too late for me being that.
