u did it and in 3 weeks, it start having loose spaces in the adhesions.. the middle is the most sturdy..left and right sides are lifting off the roof into air pockets.. looks like it can fly off any day
The functional purpose is to minimize interior interruption by wind or fine air debris, while sunroof is open. Once upon a time, having a sunroof visor was considered a luxury amenity, like leather interior. Plus, it actually enhanced the look of some vehicles. Although, as your dislike of your sunroof visor, that is subjective.
Would you say this affects with wind noise? I mean the little wind guard the new Subaru Forester comes with already makes enough noise and I feel like this would minimize that noise as the wind should be able to flow over it easier but I’m curious before I buy
When would be the best kind of weather to apply one of these? I live in upstate New York where it is about 40 to 50ﾟ right now. There will be a couple of days where there will not be any snow but it is going to be mostly cloudy.

Hi, water does accumulate but the shape of it allows most of it to drain at the sides. So far I haven’t had any issues with any water leaking through the sunroof. I did try having the sunroof slightly open during the rain while driving and i did get some water come inside but not a lot. I don’t think I would try it again. I really like the look it gives the truck though. Hope this helps and thank you for watching my video.
The real dad show! Hi. Thanks for answering. What I did was cut a bit of the tape on the sides and water drains easily thru there. It does give a great look to the car. 👍🏻
tom mcdonnell It reduces wind noise like 80%. I was going on highway speeds and wind wasn’t an issue to talk or listen to music. Make sure you place it as close to de edge of the sunroof as possible.
You can increase playback speed or fast forward. This may help to appreciate the time someone else took to install, film, and upload for the rest of us to learn.

I haven’t experienced any wind noise after installing this wind guard.
